If not, what should i do to make it seem/look legit?

Aslo, based on these Iv's, Ev's, and its LVL, is this pokemon weak, strong, or too strong? - If not strong, what number's should i change my Ev's and Iv's to to make it strong? - (not weak or too strong, just strong).

it's pretty legit, just fix the EV's so they are not all 85

try something like this:

attack-84

HP-80

defense-90

and so on....

For IVs, use the PID/Generator in order to get a correct algorithm to match your nature and ability.

Your EVs need to vary, I doubt anyone actually manages or plans to do 85 all around.

Like said, either change the EV distribution to be alot more random (but a sum of 510 of course), or so it will look like you EV trained it to have a useful distribution.

A useful distribution would be, for a physical sweeper as example:

atk 252/ 253/ 254

speed 252/ 253/ 254

hp 4/ 5/ 6

(so they're a sum of 510)
