some questions for better understanding

Hi.

I recently started to get get some knowlage on creating

Legit Pokemon for competitive use.

I read the How to Create a Legal pokemon Guid in the Forum

but i think i need some more information about how the Game works

to understand this exactly.

I would be Glad if someone could help me and answer some of my Questions.

1)

Ok first lets take a look at this scenario.

Lets say i got the save File from my DS with some Flashdivice.

I take the Data of my 100% Legit Kryppuck which was chaught at the broken Tower into Pokesav.

Next i Create a ARDS Code with the Data of the Legit Pokemon.

Willl the Code Create an exact and further 100% Legit Copy of the Pokemon ?

2)

Now lets say i modify its EVs and IVs plus its nature to fit better for competitive play.

After that i use the pokesav PID generator to find a fitting PID of Type 1 for Kryppuck.

I do not fix trashbytes because wild chaught pokemon do not have them.

Will the resulting Code produce a 100% legit Pokemon ?

Will it be Legit with a Type 2 PID ?

3)

if a Pokemon has more than one possible ability do i have to find a PID with ability number 1 or can it be a number 2 too ?

4)

If i Create a Hatched Pokemon without PID generator (because it doesent matter)

and want to fix Trashbytes i just go to Name changer ingame and name it fot example "Test1". After that i rename it back to lets say "PICHU" and its bytes will be fixed ?

The description on that was a little confusing at least for me.

5)

I take the Data of my Legit Eigakan Shaymin into Pokesav and adjust its IVs and nature.

What do i have to do to fix Trash bytes and SID ?

I made this Giratina as a test. (attachment)

Please tell me if its Legit or not.

At the moment im searching for a good Flashmodule for DS to bring my save file to pc.

Once you starts to alter any data on the pokemon out side of the game, it is no longer legit.

Actually any Pokemon that is edited, loaded, and created can only be included as legal, not legit am I right?

Sry i used the wrong word here.

Maby i should ask like this.

If i take a legit pokemon data and adjust its IVs and Nature, Correct the PID, Hidden hex Values, Trashbytes ect.

Will the result be a Legal Pokemon which cant be detected as hacked ?

I know that it can pass the Hackcheck of PBR (even with ivalid Trashbytes).

Then i'd like to know how i have to do the renaming in order of fixing hatched pokemon Trahbytes.

Do i have to do That ingame or doese clicking the Nickname box in Pokesav do the job ?

Then if i Create a non hatched Pokemon with pokesav and give it a Type1 SID

doese the Ability number matter if the pokemon has only one possible ability ?

(and were do i get to see which abilit yis which. couldn't find on serebi)

The Giratina i Made is kind of a test which i did to check if i got the information right.

I tried to create a Eigakan Shaymin (Japanese one) with decent IVs and good nature

but i cant geht the PID right it seems.

Is there a way to fix this ?

i made this Shymin fom scratch since i dont own a FlashModule.

The Data i use is Based on a real Eigakan Shaymin i have plus some information from PokemonDatabase.

I want it to be recognized as Eigakan Movie Shaymin.

PS: I read that R4DS and M3 Flashcards are quite good.

Which one should i get to bring my save files ect. to my pc?

You cannot make an Eigakan Shaymin from scratch, it'll always be hacked.

You need the Wonder Card.

And edit the gift file so that the Shaymin gained with wonder card is always Timind and such.

Using the WC creates a legal event.

If you use the WC it should make a legal Shaymin, if you use it correctly.

If you use the Wonder Card correctly, you should be able to edit IVs and nature and still maintain a legal Shaymim.

If i Change nature Pokesav calculates a PID instantly but i can still reset it to 1.

Also The IVs should normaly matter to the PID.

If i change the IVs wont that make the PID illegal or will the game be able to create a legal one ?

Ok i tried now.

The IVs seem to be quite high but the nature isnt right.

Also the IVs seem to differ a bit from Shaymin to Shaymin.

Seems to me like you cannot edit any PID related data on a event pokemon

because Evs are taken over correctly.

Its not legal because you have it set to Platinum. The pokemon was ONLY available to Diamond/Pearl.

I Created The PID only with Pokesav without thr Generator.

I read some article whicht said there was no relation between PID and IVs of a Mystery Gift Pokemon.

Is That Right or doese it have to say something like "Legal Eigakan Shaymin (JAP)" ?

You can use Pokesav to export and import pokemon. As long as you don't open the edit button and start to change stuff, it is still legit. Think of it as a clone.

If you set the country/language of the pal park pokemon to german, then the trash byte normalizer will use german trash bytes.
