Pokemon won't obey orders

I've edited some pokemon (created from pokemon files)

for example:

Charmander

Pikachu

I've matched the all the pokemon's id and secret id with my own id

+OT's name is my name

Only Charmander works and the OT name in the pokemon>start>pokemon>summary is blue

but Pikachu's OT name is in red...

the pokemon won't listen to me cause it's level 31,

and i need at least another badge to make it obey me

how can I make Pikachu to obey me?

and why the OT name is still in red?

Did you set the OT gender to male?

Each badge unlocks like 20 more levels you can level, I assume you don't got the 3rd badge or something, so the pikachu don't listen to you.

If that's not the issue, then I dunno... never gotten this error, but I also got all the badges.

Clearly you already know that you need another badge.

Did you set the OT gender to male?

To further clarify this, a Blue OT name means that the Original Trainer is a boy. A Red name means the OT is a girl.
