[Bug] DPP - Using "Misc Edits" window automatically messes with Poketch data

Pretty straightforward:

1. Open the "Misc Edits" window
2. Edit some data besides the Poketch apps, or do nothing - either way hit "Save"
3. Re-open "Misc Edits" and some of the Poketch apps will be enabled or disabled without any user input. Repeating above steps will eventually disable all the apps.

I can't find the post or PM I was trying to help the other day, but I confirm this happened.

When trying to help with a Poketch problem by another user (somehow managed to unlock it, and having it will result to the game freezing when trying to receive one)

Something is wrong with the Poketch input; the enabled or disabled changes, once we hit "save"

I must of just opened Misc edits and the Poketch got corrupted
