Scwib Posted September 30, 2009 Author Share Posted September 30, 2009 I didn't smudge with a dot brush. Hehe. I made an X-shaped brush myself, and used some custom settings to get that effect. I can't remember off the top of my head what those settings were. But you can get the same effect with just about any X-shaped smudge tool.
