getting 2 new flags with PkHex new update

Hi, before moving all my pokemons from Sun to Ultra Sun using pokebank, all my pokemons were completely Legal. now with the new PkHex update when i opened my Ultra Sun save file i noticed some flags on certain pokemons which doesn't make any sence. First flag says Invalid: Should have at least 2 IVs = 31. Another flag says Invalid: Can't have ball for encounter type which is a normal PokeBall. anyone knows why i got these 2 flags?

Maybe those were illegal but because the legality check wasn't detecting them as so, you didn't notice it. When the legality check was updated, it detected those illegal things that it did not detect before.

Im trying to give this Kommo-o in sun overcoat, but it also says it needs 31 IVs, but its other 2 abilities are fine??

Assuming you are editing a wild capture, I suggest you familiarize yourself with the mechanics in obtaining hidden ability (via chaining, if I recall correctly). By doing the mechanic, you also get 31 IVs for free. If you have hidden ability, then you must also have the IVs that would come with it.
