A bug in Pkhex (20171117)

Hello,

Thanks for your work. I found a bug, all 4th generation events do not appear in the Mystery Gift Database. All 4th generation event pokemon says they are wrong

Can you post the PK7 @manolin18?

Could replicate the issue. The commit for upgrading the build appears to have broke Gen 4 MG data: https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX/commit/e4b48b27121649390c02cfe936e522137005641e

Needs @Kaphotics' fix.

Edit with more info: Looks like the file was mistakenly overwritten with a 0 byte file.

It's not just that celebi. They are all Celebi, Darkrai, Mew, Suicune ...
In the previous pkhex they were correct

RoC replied why it is, I replied that I could confirm it as well. As said before Kaphotics needs to fix it.

@Sabresite has pushed a fix at https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX/pull/1624 and will be in the next release.

The master branch is now fixed, which means you can download the bleeding edge from teamcity.  Or wait for @Kaphotics to replace the 11/17/17 release.
