V-create Ray not legal? PKMSM

PKHeX states that this Rayquaza is legal but the online legality checker when I go online says its not? It's the V-create Rayquaza released in Black and White I think.

Your Rayquaza seems to be illegal indeed.

• This Rayquaza was obtainable only in BW1. Yours says it's from Black 2.
• It was a Japan-only event, therefore, its language (but not necessarily its region, since it's a pre-G6 Mon) should be set to Japanese.

PKHeX overlooks some things, so you should do a bit of research yourself in order to make sure your stuff is all right-- here, try this one.

Thank you! I just though it was legal due to the fact I've never gen'd a mon from a past region. I tend to avoid JP only events. Thanks for letting me know how to fix these types of errors now.

Why is the V-create Rayquaza from BW2 legal on pkhex?

Because the mystery gift file does not contain any data on which games can receive it, and nobody has encoded a table for programs to use.
