Go to the respective pages, and look at the IV bar.

If I'm not mistaken, completely random.

Hello , i have some question..When the pikachu event with attque ( Fly and Surf)..the nickname is in japanes no? ( when is from the japon pokemon..)

 the Japanese Name is: ピカチュウ
the last event with Surf and Fly Pikachu was in 2015 when the PC Online Opened

another question my side:
should Pikachu forgot HM Attacks (Like Previous Surf'chus) to tranfer it from XY/ORAS to S/M? never tried,,,,

@Kishan the nickname of that Pikachu doesn't have to be Japanese.

while the wondercard is limited to Japanese 3DS, Pokemon XYORAS allows you to pick starting game language, so one could be playing English Language save on Japanese region 3DS.

in any case, this thread isn't for asking about legality of other event Pokemon.

Oh so is i have Pikachu event ( like Surf) from japon..but i play in French Langage so my pikachu have French name no japon name? correct?:)

It can have it from any language, since it'll technically be traded to you..
