Event Kangaskhan

Hey,

I'm looking for an Event Kangaskhan to use in the upcoming Global Link Tournament. Here: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/List_of_PCNY_event_Pokémon_distributions_in_Generation_III#Kangaskhan

The only Customization i need would be:

Impish Nature

6x 31 IVs

Moves: Wish, Yawn, Seismic Toss

Since I'm new here I'm not confident I could provide a legit file, sorry.

But I would highly appreciate it if anyone could help me out and trade me one.

We are able to provide one, as seen above, but that's as far as you can go, as we don't allow usage of significantly hacked Pokemon to be used online against unsuspecting opponents.

Oh I thought format legitimate Pokemon wouldn't be considered significantly hacked... but oh well then my bad.

Well as Long as a Pokemon is extracted from the game, it's downgraded to being legal (Not even legit). 

Changes made to it in that link would indicate if it becomes significantly hacked
