unanswered How are you able to add pokes into ORAS (as well as their models)?

I need help with adding pokes into ORAS, if it's possible to. Can someone help with this matter? I'd like to try to add the CAP pokes from http://www.smogon.com/cap/ into the games, starting with Omega Ruby first.

Adding models hasn't been done yet; people have only replaced them.

It's theoretically possible though, with the right tools it could be done. If this hack is completed, it'd be one helluva step further in 3DS hacking. They would have to be inserted in the spaces after the whole Pokédex to make it work though (as those slots are normally occupied by glitch pokes, and the only PKHeX capable of inserting them in would be Wack0's version).

Wouldn't it also require editing the hex for the amount of Pokémon in the game?

Tools can automate that process as well, but initially, yes it would. This would go for any hack that adds pokes into the world (things like adding gen 7 pokes into gen 6, etc).

Not publicly. We haven't figured out where that stuff is in the code yet. In fact, we don't even have the code disassembled yet either (& if we do it, we should wait until after EOL to do so).
