wrathsoffire76 Posted July 18, 2017 Posted July 18, 2017 Victini is shiny-locked, and it''s not in gen 4. The other two are in gen 4 and can be shiny provided you have the event item.

I have a Timid File for Darkrai and Shaymin. Let me see if I can get a Modest one ^^

Nekonii Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 ANY possibility of forcing a legit shiny victini in gen V? I know it will never be "legal", but i want to know if there is any way to force a shiny victini in game without external cheating. Can you force a shiny PID in B/W or B2/W2 with glitches?

No, as far as I'm aware there are no glitches that remove the shiny lock for Victini, nor alter the PID to be shiny. Even if you found one, the result would be indistinguishable from simply cheating to get one.
