No Fairy Memory?

When i tried to give a Silvally a Fairy Memory item, it didn't appear at the item list. My character has it in their item bag, but i can't give a Silvally I'm creating one.

Pay attention to the alert that pops up:  

Held item: Fairy Memory - the alert suggests to also change Silvally's form, which will be fairy

But i still can't find the Item itself in the list. all other memory items were there

Having mentioned that you have the item in your bag..   Have you tried giving the item to Silvally in game instead of in PKHeX?

Youre using the latest PKHeX?

I'm able to see "Fairy Memory" in the held items dropdown... not sure what the issue is.

Hold on, I'm actually trying it in PKHaX to try something, it works in PKHeX
