Basically in the older revisions and the revision released on I believe 2/24 or 2/25 when a Pokemon has a move that can only be taught from Breeding (Egg Move) unless it is in the Relearn Slot it is invalid, but in the later revisions even if it is not in the Relearn slot the legality check says it is fine. If it originated from Gen 5 or Gen 6, it can have Iron Tail as tutor move. (meaning, it won't be in Relearn Slot) Show us what's it's origin details.
