TESTED I think Pkhex assessment is correct: Salandit can only first get Fake Out from Squirtle or Scraggy, but both are unobtainable legitimately at this point in Sun/Moon, hence why it's not legal. It is possible to be an oversight by whoever maintains the whitelist, or all egg moves (while impossible at this point in time) are also on the whitelist. 1

But in any case as long as this thread isn't for bypassing Pokemon hack checks, it should be okay to proceed. 1
Nessus Posted December 6, 2016 Author Posted December 6, 2016 Rowlet - "Ominous Wind" marked as illegal egg move but is legal... TESTED! Can only obtain move when bred with Natu & Xatu (which cannot be transferred to SuMo at the moment) but still trades.

Just because the official online hack check is lacking doesn't mean PKHeX should not flag it. It's something that is not legal for tournament use, hence why it is flagged. 1

Of course you are correct I am just pointing out official hack check is lacking Which amused me somewhat... I presume you'll edit PKHeX to not flag them after Bank support comes to SuMo?
