Trash Can Garbodor

Went through all the Pokémon in my old game, this one was marked with an Illegal encounter. Looks to be a Garbodor from the daily trash can at Pokémon Village.

I Have the same issue too, and I'm using the latest Pkhex compiled from the Github.

Additionally:

Level 12 Huntail fished at Route 12 (X) is flagged as "Untraded -- requires a trade evolution"

Level 50 Trevenant met at Route 20 (X) is flagged as "Untraded -- requires a trade evolution"

The 3 pk6 in question is attached to this post.

-the pk6 has since been removed

Add Pokémon Village static encounters

Check valid encounter slots to capture trade-evos

^only checks Encounter slots, may be a flaw in the future but it works fine.
