help Shiny Egg

I'm a bit unsure about this. Do I need to give the egg the OT, TID and SID of the game it is going to hatch in and then just click the shiny button or is there something more complicated to do.

A Pokémon will hatch shiny if the PID and OT (that hatched it) information result in a shiny. If you're making a shiny egg you need to specify the ID/SID before creating a shiny PID.

If you're trying to hatch an egg on your save without trading, make sure the egg has your save's TID, SID before hatching, and click the shiny PID button.

If you're gonna trade the egg away and hatch it shiny there, the egg needs to have that save's TID and SID.
