What does it mean buy "must kill first pokemon"

the first pokemon you see kill it. after that every pokemon you find with the radar will be shiny. It is also called shiny chaining?

i really love this code , it ease the pokeradar 50 chain requirement to get shiny pokemon

50 chain somewhat piss me off =_= . it's really2 hard to do .. i've only got maximum 20 or so
