Is it possible to update applet?

If i get a new 3ds with 4.5-10E and I use cooking mama to update 9.4 it will update applets? if not is there a way to update applets after i update the 3ds to 9.4?

Use rxTools, emuNAND, and SaveDataFiler.

Game cartridges do not update applets.

Google is your friend.

SaveDataFiler will allow you to extract and insert your save file, no need to usr web injection.

2 complicated and 2 risky. but a new 3ds xl will solve the deal? you know by chance the firmware it comes?

It's actually not that complicated, and as long as you don't install anything to sysnand, perfectly safe.

I would definetely have isntalled an emuNAND too if I could. Plus, when you buy a 3DS it has the latest firmware at the time it was manufactured. You can't be sure of its firmware unless your vendor is a good guy.

1 problem. i have the right firmware but pkhex doesnt work. pokemon omegaruby or y needs a certain update to work? it gives me the message but i don't get the pokemon in the box
