bug FileNotFound exception when generating QR

Title pretty much says it all. Reporting this for a friend of mine who's getting a System.IO.FileNotFoundException when she tries to generate a QR code. She tried redownloading but without success. The attempted QR code to generate is from the default Abomasnow that shows when first opening the program. I personally can create a QR code of the same pokemon so it's quite an odd exception for pkhex to throw. The full exception text is below:

System.Web.dll should be included in .NET 4.0

Probably best to ensure the .Net Framework 4.0 is installed properly before inserting a DLL manually.

Who knows, maybe System.Web references another DLL that's missing.
