Trainer Shiny Value Database is a tool i made to try to make it easyer to find someone with the tsv you need.

you can past the results from KeySav into the program and it will search a database for for matching TSV for all your eggs. when it finds a match you can then get the contact information for the person who has it. You can also make an account to add you TSVs and contact information in to the database.
