Making an XD togepi

Hello, so I'm trying to make a togepi that appears to be from gale of darkness and I need help in one aspect: how do I make it say "distant land, appeared to be lvl. Xx after a long travel through time" in the summary.

If I could have blunt step by step directions I'd appreciate it.

It's just met=pal park, and FE flag.

You can't make gen 3 pkms with PokeGen.

I am still having troubles. Under met this is what I put:

Location: Distant Land

Event: egg/palpark/event/ect

Fateful encounter: Checked

And I set the game of origin to:

I still do not get the long travel through time.

I have been trying to send it to my copy of Black 2.

I think you'd want to make it look like it game from the 4th gen.

Here's the problem though. Togepi can only learn tri attack from the 3rd gen game : Gale of darkness. So I think it has to appear to be from in order to able to be used on wi-fi battles. I'm doing all this to try and get a tri attack togekiss.
