Kaphotics
you can always swap their PWT teams, their sprites, and their text. /a/2/9/1 - PWT Board Trainer Sprites /a/2/5/2 ********* (120 * <16 byte files) ... /a/2/5/3 ********* pwtpoke2 - 1000 files, first bunch are for PWT (second set) /a/2/5/4 ********* pwttr1, 68 files - world tournament trainer pkm choices 1v1 /a/2/5/5 ********* pwttr6, 68 files - world tournament trainer pkm choices 6v6 /a/2/5/6 ********* pwtpoke - world tournament pkm sets (first set) probably better to do a custom download tournament instead, you can create your own with PikaEdit
Trainer RED
Ah, Is it a download tournament editor?
Kaphotics
no idea what you are saying http://pikaedit.wordpress.com/ or DTE, which is in the thread I linked to.
Trainer RED
Ah, That means 'Can I edit 'Champion Tournament' with pikaeditor?' Can't I edit Champion Tournament?
Kaphotics
Nope Either way, that video you linked has nothing 'edited' to it. It's just normal gameplay. You can easily change the PKMs they use, but creating an entirely new tournament is best done through the download tournament setup.

Trainer RED
So, I can edit red's pokemon → blue's pokemon, Right? And do I use BWTE when I edit trainer's pokemon in Champion tournament?
Kaphotics
It's entirely different from BWTE. http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?26663-Andi-Pok%E9mon-Black-amp-White-Tools a/2/5/3 - PWT Single Bonus pokemon team + leader /champion tournament just swap their files around or edit them in hex. you'd have to change their sprites and text manually. remember there are no guides so you're going to have to poke around yourself. (all the information here is more than enough to do what you want)
Andibad
You can edit pokemon data on a/2/5/3 (swap/replace/add/edit) or edit pokemon trainer team set on a/2/5/2 (change id into blue id). Using my viewer to make them easy to look around.

Michielleus
If I'm correct, the PWT data is the same structure as the Pt/HGSS Battle Frontier. I got a tutorial on how to edit that here: http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?26279-Tutorial-Editing-Battle-Frontier-Tower-Pokemon The second post also has a small tool for editing the files. It's a really unstable one, but I hope it helps you. (It also only supports Pokemon/items up to gen IV.) Just to be clear: This is for editing the individual Pokemon. You need to extract the Pokemon file, edit it with the tool or hex, save it, and reinsert it in the narc.

Michielleus
Remember: The data begins with the species. So what you have is: DC 00 00 00 03 00 B5 01 BC 00 59 00 4F 00 11 0F D6 00 00 00 06 00 7E 00 The part in red is what you want to leave out. That's data from previous/next Pokemon. Then you'll get: 03 00 B5 01 BC 00 59 00 4F 00 11 0F D6 00 00 00 Ta-daa! That's exactly one Pokemon. 03 00 = Venusaur B5 01 = Leaf Storm BC 00 = Sludge Bomb 59 00 = Earthquake 4F 00 = Sleep Powder 11 = EV's in Atk + Sp. Atk 0F = Modest nature D6 00 = White Herb Does it make sense?
