iiaaronxix
I was looking through the forum to see if I can find this topic earlier and I found one that helped me out a lot, as I am in the process of trying to make a hack where you play as Hugh I just simply swapped his icon with the Male Hero's pose (as he is the rival in the hack). However after doing this I could not repack the files, tinke doesn't seem to want to repack it, as much as I click pack the file still stays open. Am I doing something wrong? cpan1
Use PPNFR to replace files if Tinke isn't able.
iiaaronxix
Use PPNFR to replace files if Tinke isn't able. That didn't seem to work, when I replaced the files and went into the game, when the Icon's would appear on the screen the game froze.
Kaphotics
Start over without using Tinke. This past week there already was a thread with a walkthrough, and people have done it.

Without using Tinke? I saw the post that was made earlier by Ruby and I looked through it and found your part (which helped me locate the files), but like I said before when I tried to repack the files in Tinke, it wouldn't work. RubyCarbuncle
I find it odd that Tinke is giving you trouble. I was able to do it using Tinke alone. When you pack it, I think it should still look open. Then just click save rom and it should work out just fine.
