The decrypted names are there too btw. 409 is the PWT Trainer names? 367 is the mugshot names iirc, but Raw DB doesn't have them decrypted. BGMME SE PV SOUND TEST A PLAY B STOP X END Y INIT PLAYER KEY TMP ^ encrypted text is always started with 00F1 and end with key char. 367 is not mugshot name. Example : Grunt (4700 7200 7500 6E00 7400) Encrypt is : 00F1 47E4 D471 43E7 if you found \x__n on some encrypted text, yeah because number of characters from original text is even number. so second character from behind it will not encrypted, because it will used \x__n, if is 2 char only, last char is not encrypted.
