Well, I've been using this for a year now, and its pretty stable. I thought I'd like to release it. You can simply drag a NARC file onto it to load it, or you can click open NARC. The delete file does not work (not that deleting makes any sense...) Added files go onto the end of the NARC. This supports replacement of any file of any size. And yeah, that's all...

Sorry but a noob question:

What are the files in the narc file used for?

EDIT: I can't seem to open some narc files(heartgold).

is easy to replace, insert or export file into narch, can bacth mode? if can batch mode is more easy to do using this tools, thank you

but some times this tools not working anymore after i close and i run again is working, but not all narch file can open and replace insisde file or list file inside narc file
