Just drag the pcdata.bin onto a save of that file's generation.

Changed over all PPorg OT to Ash (or the Japanese equivalent).
All applicable mons (in saves) are now hatched.

VC and Cart/emu saves for Korean GS
Notable explanations:
Cart/emu version can trade with International RBYGSC (not tradable with JPN games), hence having all 250 mons.
VC version can only trade with Korean games, and there's no Korean RBY, hence only has 238 mons legally.
VC cannot legally get Celebi (edited).

Added Celebi to GS KOR cart/emu.
