In Pokemon XY and Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire, exists Super Training missions hidden in the game, meant to be unlocked via events.
However, these were never released to the public, hence @SciresM made hacked versions of these Super Training.

There are a total of 6 hidden missions:

  2. WC7: Unobtainable Test Cards Dialga and Palkia

February 3rd 2018, players received their first event for the Year of Legendary, with the Original Trainer as 2018 Legends.
It is interesting to note, that before the release of the event, there were a few test cardsm with the OT as Legends 2018 instead.

This page hold those normally unobtainable test cards.

  3. PK2: Impossible Korean Celebi

With the release of Pokémon Crystal on the Virtual Console for 3DS, Celebi (shiny and non-shiny) can be transferred up using Pokemon Transporter,
due to the fact that VC Pokémon Crystal allows players to get the GS BALL legitimately (without hacking or glitching).

However, Pokémon Crystal was not released to the Korean 3DS's, neither in Korean (as Korean Pokémon Crystal didn't exist back in the day) nor in international languages (as in Korean 3DS never got it).

As such, the only Virtual Console games that do not have access to Celebi are the Korean versions of Generation II,
as the Korean Virtual Console titles cannot communicate with the Japanese nor International versions.

While it would be illegal, Pokémon Transporter allows the transfer of a Korean Celebi from Generation II.

This page contains a shiny and non-shiny Celebi modeled after the one caught in Ilex Forest of Pokémon Crystal.

  4. PK8: Bugged Pokemon from GO-HOME transfers

During the early wave of GO->Home transfers, a bug was found that involved Pokémon that were Regional Variants of species that existed in LGPE.
These regional variants, when transferred from GO, had their LGPE moveset instead of their own moveset.

Pokémon HOME has since fixed this bug, and they've also put out a statement saying they will retroactively fix the bugged Pokémon.
Thus, these Pokémon were sent to SWSH and dumped, for archival purposes.

  5. WC7: Unreleased Testing Marshadow

On September 07th, 2017, around 09:12 GMT, a Marshadow test card was uploaded for testing, and quickly removed.
As per previous tests, it was likely to test if the the Serial Codes they have on hand can retrieve the card from the correct Wonder Card ID slot.

As per similar style as the recent Charizard combination cards, this card is fused with Ilex's Celebi event.
Here's the few things that is wrong/notable about this card:
    1. For one of the Marshadow, it instead uses English Silvally's Wonder card ID.
    2. Despite using English Silvally's Wonder Card ID, most of its details is from the Japanese Ilex's Celebi event.
    3. Despite using Japanese Ilex's Celebi's details, it uses the English OT Ilex, as opposed to the original Japanese OT.

Editior's note: apparently, even the testing staff is excited for Marshadow!

  6. PK1: Teruman Mew

These Mew were added to the box by the devs for Pokémon Yellow, presumably to run through the game and debug various features.
As these Mews were the only Mew added, and as such had predetermined DVs, it is to be noted that none of these had DVs that would result in a shiny.

It appears that Teruman was either a dev in the localization team, or just a remnant name that the localization team used.
It seems like that the OT Teruman is a reference to Teruki Murakawa, a developer credited in various releases of Pokémon.
(The same developer that was referenced in Gen 2's unused items name TERU-SAMA)
These Mew were extracted from the SAV, that was presumably used for debugging.

  7. PK2: Debug GS Mons

These Pokémon can be added to the box by the devs for the Japanese debug versions of Pokémon Gold and Silver via the debug menu.
This option was added to the debug menu,  presumably to enable the devs to run through the game and debug various features.
It appears that the OT is randomly generated by pulling from a list of possible names, as well as having fully random TIDs (the TIDs are not tied to the OT).
Additionally, the other details, such as species and DVs are random as well.
At this point, it is not known whether Unown, Larvitar, Pupitar, Tyranitar, Ho-Oh, Lugia and Celebi can be pulled as the random species.
Though it is important to note, with the basis of about a 100 saves, it does not seem possible, as none of them have even appeared in any of them.

It is also not known is it is possible to get a shiny, or the DV is restricted to randomize in a way that it only outputs a non-shiny combination.

Depending on which debug option was chosen, it either places you in Viridian City Pokémon Center or in your house.
It also gives you a Lv 80 final evolution of a Johto starter, and it gives you random Pokémon in the entirety of Box 1.

  8. PK8: Unobtainable Eternamax Eternatus

With a Base Stat Total of over 1,000, Eternamax Eternatus is probably not meant to be owned by any trainer.

However, by hacking it into a raid (save edit), and setting the form to 1 (instead of the default 0), after it was caught in a raid battle,
it does not revert back to regular Eternatus.
(Even if the "send into box" and party/summary screen shows a regular Eternatus)

This can also be achieved with a ROM edit: instead of having the EncounterScenario as Eternatus_3 in pkNX, if it was changed to a scenario that allows catching, such as Regigigas_Raid_Battle or Motostoke_Gym_Challenged, it could be captured, and would retain it's form.
Here's an example of me messing with the EncounterScenario:

The Eternamax Eternatus can be brought to the Isle of Armor and have it follow you, and a somewhat small version of it will follow you, when you set it to the lead in your party.
However, it will stay on the spot, and is unable to follow you. Thanks to Anubis (Sibuna_Switch) for testing this. (source video)
Important to note: loading any save with Eternatus in Eternamax mode will cause it to revert to standard form.

Having this in your save will make it illegal. As per any item in the Unreleased/Beta PKM Gallery, use at your own risk.

  9. WC6: Other cards from server for Local Distribution

This page holds a bunch of wc6full that were either test cards, unused cards, or cards that were in use but were not officially announced, found on the mystery gift servers for Gen 6.
    Beacon Test Card

As far as I can tell, this test card started operations on 24th December, 2014.
Inferring from it's server title, it was probably to double check that the wireless beacon was functioning as intended.

    Support Cards

For the most part, these cards are exactly the same as their publicly available counterparts, with only slight notable differences:
Their Wonder Card ID and SID were Set to 0.

These cards could have been used as test cards, for maybe screenshots or to ensure the beacon was working, that subsequently went unused.
Or maybe they were distributed via Infrared, when the staff at Pokémon Centers were approached by players claiming that there were issues with receiving the distribution.

Either way, as we did not get any contributions containing these over the past few years, it is hard to say for sure which is the case,
especially when in-game, the wonder card and Pokémon received would have looked exactly the same as the normal distributions.

    Rare Candy Receipt Confirmation

This card gave an ungodly amount of x950 Rare Candies.
As the server title suggests, it was merely a test card, to confirm that the wireless beacon was functioning.

Curious enough, this card has the wonder card title and wonder card description of the Shiny Ho-Oh card.
In any case, we will not be liable if you are banned etc. for using these files.

  11. PK8: Unintended Hydro Pump Drilbur

For a short while for the Wild Area event #14, players were able to encounter a Drilbur with Hydro Pump, exclusive to Shield 1 star raids.

While it was possible to obtain this legitimately, Game Freak is treating it as though it didn't happen, and this Drillbur cannot be used online.
Back when the event was still ongoing, the Wild Area News was updated, and Drillbur can no longer be encountered with Hydro Pump, effectively fixing the error.
Any players that did not update their wild area news, or have already caught one, will have the Drillbur unchanged.

It is not known if this Drillbur can go into HOME (at time of writing).

For the time being, this Drillbur will be classed as illegal.

  12. PK4: Unused ???-type Arceus

In Generation IV of the core series games, a ???-type Arceus was programmed into the game, the same typing as the move Curse.
However, it goes unused, as there is no legitimate way to convert Arceus's type into ???-type.

While it is possible to change the Arceus's forme via hacking,
as it is not holding the correct plate (which doesn't exist), it will revert back to normal-type when it enters battle.

Generation V and onwards, the move Curse has been changed to ghost-type,
and this forme of Arceus has been removed.

  17. WC6: Beta Helen Volcanion

This file was hosted on Mystery Gift Servers of Pokemon Omega Ruby, however was ultimately not released for download.
It is speculated that the purpose of this wonder card was simply to test if the serial code service is functioning properly,
as hinted by it's internal name.

This card was uploaded twice on two different occasions, with 2 different internal names.
Both contain the exact same data.

While the distribution title and text is in Japanese, it oddly has the English OT name of Helen.

This Volcanion would be nearly indistinguishable from the Volcanion given out using the used Helen Volcanion wondercard,
provided it was collected on the 3DS of the correct region.

(Though, it'll be illegal to have this Wonder card on your save)

  19. WC4: Debug Azure Flute + Infernape Test Card

The Key Item Azure Flute, which would allow a holy encounter with Arceus, was never legitimately released to players.
However, found within a file (decchi.bin), that was found in Generation 4 distribution carts for Deoxys, (Uploader's note: file-ception at it's finest)
It appears that an Azure Flute distribution was being tested via slot-2 distribution.

The nature of the slot-2 distribution game that this wonder card was obtained from, only allowed distribution to JPN games.
The distribution text seems to be reusing the distribution text for a Generation 3 Old Sea Chart distribution.
It was also discovered by @Deoxyz that changing the distribution type from Key Item to Pokemon, will show complete information for an Infernape to be received.

It was also discovered by @DeadSkullzJr that the copy of the wonder card in the game (seen via hex) slightly differs from the wonder card that was received. The one in the game has a redistribution count. Presumably this copy has the redistribution count, but the received one does not, because it does not allow players who received a copy to redistribute.

The Key Item Azure Flute wonder card (.pcd), Modified to show Infernape (.pcd) and the Infernape (.pkm) are up for download.
[We will not host the decchi.bin or Distribution Roms for the Deoxys]

Update: Even though the remakes Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl included a way to get Azure Flute and the Hall of Origin Arceus encounter, owning the Gen 4 HoO Arceus would still be illegal.

    File Info
Gen 4 Decchi - Azure Flute.pcd - Extracted from save that received it. The one without redistribution count.
Gen 4 Decchi - Azure Flute (Hex Extracted, Redistribution count).pcd - Hex extracted from the game. The one with redistribution count.
Gen 4 Decchi - Infernape.pcd - The receiving type was modified to show the Infernape gift hiding within
    Gen 4 Decchi - Infernape.pkm - A pk4 file of the extracted Infernape.

    Wonder card Images

While this wonder card will activate the event, the Arceus will be flagged as illegal.

It is normally not possible to save in the demo, but if one manages to hack force their way to a place that forces saving, it'll cause an error.

  21. PK4: Proto Japanese DP (Aug 2006 Build) Debug Pokémon

In June 2019, a Japanese copy of a Debugging variant of Pokémon Diamond Version was found and subsequently dumped.
In May 2020, the source code for Diamond and Pearl was found, and the game could be compiled, with the debug features intact.

This post relates to the 2019 leak.
    Debug start
Debug menu on Title Screen (Select) > Debug Start
The player will start the game in Jubilife City, with 3 starters, being Infernape, Piplup and Finneon.

    Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Tamada > Pokepark Data 1
This first set has Charizard, Squirtle, Wartortle, Caterpie, Sandshrew, and Tentacool.
Given these entries have a Set PID of 0, they cannot be shiny.
    Pal Park Entry 2
    Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Tamada > Pokepark Data 2
This second set has Bulbasaur, Beedrill, Clefairy, Sandshrew, Tauros, and Dragonair.
Given these entries have a Set PID of 0, they cannot be shiny.
    Box of Slowpoke
    Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Taya > Current Full
This debug option fills the current box to the brim with Slowpoke, all clones.
Since the TID and SID is set to 0, they cannot be shiny.

    Box of Slowbro
    Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Taya > Box Full
This box is full of Slowbro. There's 540 different Slowbro. Their PIDs are set, so they can't be shiny.

    Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Tomoya > Test
3 Burmy added to party. Their PIDs are set, so they can't be shiny.

    Roaming Darkrai
As previously reported, a Roaming Darkrai subroutine was found in the final build of the games.
With the debug version of the game, one is capable of encountering it.
    Debug menu in-game (R + Start) > Saito > Roaming Pokémon > Location Change > Dark

  23. PGT: DP Debug Wonder Cards

    Diamond and Pearl Debug
In June 2019, a Japanese copy of a Debugging variant of Pokémon Diamond Version was found and subsequently dumped.
In May 2020, the source code for Diamond and Pearl was found, and the game could be compiled, with the debug features intact.

Steps to receive in debug game:
    Debug Menu via R + Start (in-game) > Oono > Delivery Debug
This causes the gifts to appear in the save. While these were extracted from the debug versions of Diamond and Pearl, it should theoretically work for Platinum.

Do note that Gift 4 and 5 are notorious for crashing the game when received, and appears to be trash data.
They are included here purely for archival purposes.

    Platinum Debug
It appears that the same function that gives debug cards in DP debug, is in Platinum debug, but doesn't do anything.

Throughout the gameplay of the Pokemon Sun & Moon - Demo Version,
there have been many encounters with Pokemon that cannot be captured or transferred,
due to various reasons set up by the developers by various story elements.

As these Pokemon are uncatchables, they were obtained by extraction from RAM dumps.
(For Kukui's Pikachu, it's obtained by having it "transferred to nature" which actually goes to PC, then extracted using PKHeX)

This page features the following Pokemon Sets:
