"Final terminator missing'' Shiny Mew from Faraway Island Island Event

Leftover? I don't know -
In all honesty, there are other parameters/telemetry that gets recorded in the save, that a simple "swap" like that won't be able to trigger, when it comes to "attempting to make it look like a trade" If I'm not mistaken, the type of telemetry changes per game... Don't remember, but that sounds mostly reasonable. You mean modifying the Natures and IVs before sending in HOME? Yes, HOME presently doesn't check PID IV correlations. But if they decide to, it'll be obvious the mon is illegal. If anyone else checks the data, it is obvious it is illegal.

PKHeX is able to simulate transfers. The only issue is if you wanna send the simulated transfer into HOME for any reason, it will get rejected by HOME PKHeX is unable to assign HOME trackers. And 'stealing' a tracker from another mon won't work; The tracker is used to identify the mon and various stats and immutables need to match the entry stored in the server's logs. Note that the rejection doesn't occur when entering into SWSH, as it is likely related support for the base format used by HOME's launch. Abusing SWSH's loophole is risky business and I will not recommend it.

Will the shut down of Pokemon Bank affect whether we are all able to transfer from Gen 1 to Gen 8 using Pkhex? or is there another method?

Try using a less extreme window scaling setting for your operating system.

So I have questions when it comes to PkHex PkHex Trade: So by having Two PkHex opening with different save files, do you just drag and drop the Current Pokemon from the current save to different save, while take the Pokemon from different save, drag & drop the Different Pokemon onto a different save to make it look like a Trade? Transferring Purifed Shadow Pokemon: So if I want to transfer the Purifed Shadow Pokemon from the Nature you want to GBA or other Orre Games, you just Drag & Drop, as that's it? So I also heard that if you want to fix a Pokemon Natures & IVs you want after capturing them in either Gen 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 and then transfer that to HOME, HOME isn't gonna check that right? Just wanted to make sure! Sorry for the long wall of text as trying to make sure I do this correct

Please don't abuse the report feature. Just because something you think is "misinformation". Please verify the info on your own first. This is true. All shadows in XD are shiny locked. This is also true, in regards to legitimate and regular (non-cheating) usage of the GameCube games. Unless your intent was JPN games with OT ZACH typed out in Romaji. Even then does not matter, statement itself holds true. In any case, don't see any misinformation. If I were to think deeper based on what I am reading here, and I could be wrong, but it seems like you used Report as an retaliatory action due to the negative response you received. Or perhaps you thought his response would stop people from responding. Whatever the case, don't misuse and abuse the report button. If you don't like the idea "doing it yourself" (as they suggested), you could just wait patiently and someone *might* just do it. After all, the thread isn't locked and anyone is free to reply (mods can lock the thread if need be). In any case, good luck.

created this account to say: this romhack is fantastic and has really enhanced the experience of my favorite game of all time. the addition of shinies has got me addicted to hunting all over again. this is all i've ever wanted in a romhack and more (OH MY GOD MANUAL CONTROL IS LIFECHANGING) though i'd like someone to tell me: how do i go about unlocking zero hoard? i get the key at the semi-final floor of a zero isle, but it doesn't seem like i can do anything with it right now. i know it got reworked in the 1.2 update, but i don't understand what the key description or the OP means for me to do with it. i've only done west so far, but i'd like to know before i dive into the harder ones in the event that it's something i need to do while i'm in the dungeons. i know i'm probably missing something extremely obvious but i am rather dense and when it comes to this i'd rather know what i'm doing than take my chances (and have to do south more than once OTL)

So if I hatch an egg I can change the pokemon's height, weight and scale before connecting to home and it would never cause a legitimacy issue? Does this apply to shininess too? Also, can I just change the scale to make it jumbo or mini mark eligible or do I have to change the height too? If I'm not mistaken, when I connect to home, home will change its height to match the scale (or does this apply only to mons transferred through bank?) but are there any correlations I should be aware of when editting the scale of a pokemon hatched from an egg in gen 9 before connecting to home?

PKVault - Centralized pkm storage management & Pokedex app

I just downloaded pkvault but I can't figure out why my moon save isn't working. I tried saving again ingame and I deleted every pokemon pkhex marked illegal. (save file is working there) main -
Immutable values means what the word means; they are values that cannot be changed via anything in-game and can only be changed via cheating tools/cheats. They are immutable in a legitimate sense. If HOME has seen your data (opening the app with it in the box), then it knows your Pokémon's immutable values. If you tamper with them and have a slightly-different Pokémon on a future session, then it is obvious there is tampering happening. Now, re-read the message you are confused by.

Now releasing and announcing my very first hack: Pokemon True Black! This hack's main appeal is simple: a hack that gives you more resources for black and white 1, such as many items and TMs only found on battle subway or via unacessible requirements of NPCs, while also keeping the gen5 philosophy of only gen5 pokemon being avalable. Features: - Pokemon variety across the entire game has been expanded, for more fun encounters in both nuzlockes and normal playthroughs. - Pokemon have updated learnsets and TM-movesets, focused on making each and every one of them feel unique from each other. - Many pokemon were given new typings for both gameplay and thematic purposes. - All important battles such as Gym leaders, rivals, the elite four and final fights have been made harder, this is by no means a difficulty hack, but it should allow players to still feel engaged with considerably more challenging fights, so giving them more pokemon, as well as held items as the game goes on, should achieve that. - some pokemon have been given earlier evolution levels, and all trade evolutions happen by level up now (details can be found in the documentation) - Entirely new moves for gameplay purposes have been invented and given to pokemon across the game. - Is currently a complete game, going up until the final 2 fights, post game is unchanged. - Many TMs and Held items that were stuck behind NPCs that had undoable requirements, or time consuming ones such as BP in the Battle Subway, are now spread across the game. - Many trainers have a pokemon and "gimmicks" based on ideas that fit their characthers, such as cheren changing his lead every fight, and Bianca having an Axew after castelia due to Iris training her to be a stronger trainer. Credits: I would like to thank FrostFalcon for his gen5 editor, the entirety of this romhack was made using it, and wouldnt be possible without it. Jacinthe started following Is height/weight/scale related to the PID or Encryption Constant?
-
Sorry but I got confused by this answer. The question mentioned immutable values (which I assume means height/weight/scale in the context of this topic) but the answer referred to IVs (which usually means individual values, the numbers from 0 to 31 that influence a pokemon's stat). So to clear it up, can I edit height/weight/scale into SV generated eggs in any combination and the results woud be legal? Or does it apply only to IVs?

I have some questions regarding the ability to edit scale and marks on pokemon from wild encounters and scale on event pokemon from generations 8 and 9. 1. Is it possible to edit the scale of a pokemon and add a personality mark while keeping it legal? If so, how do values like height, weight, scale, marks, IVs, nature and PID interact with each other? 2. If you can't predict height, weight and scale natural combinations, how does PKHeX legally generate those values when creating pokemon from the encounter or event databases? 3. Is there a difference between gen 8 and 9 games when it comes to the predictability of the generation of scale and marks? 4. Related to that topic, I downloaded the shiny Zacian WC8 file and opened it in PKHeX. I noticed that every time I did it, Zacian had a different height and weight value. I assume this is trying to emulate random values you'd get when redeeming the event in-game, which leads me to believe these are predictable in SwSh. The shiny Miraidon WC9 file, on the other hand, had 0 height/weight and 128 scale every single time I opened it. Are those values set because of how they work in-game or a just safe default values PKHeX since it can't predict other combinations? Thanks in advance!

An opt-in setting for the legality rule engine has been added on the latest commit: Add legality rule tweak for Battle Tower rsbox · kwsch/PKHeX@ad69eae The legality engine "bypass" setting off by default; the exploit is extremely intentional, can be applied to eggs, and isn't something that should generally be viewed as legitimate.

Update: I tried to dump my save using checkpoint but the cartridge doesnt show, I tried using other cartridges and they work just fine, is just the Omega Ruby that isn't showing. I also cleaned the pins and tried reinstalling Checkpoint and holding B to refresh and it also didnt work, while the other cartridges work fine. Any tips? PXL_20260821_135309124.mp4

Thank you for your reply. If the “legality checker” is a tool designed to verify whether a Pokémon was created through improper means, then I agree with your opinion. Although this method had been discovered quite some time ago in the Japanese community, it remained largely unknown in other communities despite its importance. I decided to share it now, with Pokémon Bank nearing its end. (I use a translation tool.)

I mean if they've not entered HOME, you can do whatever they want, it's not like HOME is gonna know (I'm assuming whatever you do, the mon would be legal..). The only issue with changing immutables is *when it has a HOME ID*. If you modified it badly, when it re-enters HOME, it will get Error 10015 and never be able to enter back into HOME.
-
Ah. I see. So the change is even logged with Pokemon that haven't entered Home yet? This is very good to know. If that's the case, I'm assuming the best way to get a Living/Form/Gender/Origin dex is to generate it manually or by using the Living Dex Builder tool on one of my own saves with my genuine OT info, correct? Thanks for the help. I have a lot to catch up on since I haven't used PkHex in 10+ years.
