As far as I'm aware, the Johto move tutor is only available in Crystal after you've become the champion, not in G/S. Sorry. :<

To clarify, there's only one in Crystal. He doesn't exist in Gold and Silver.

Only if you have a Transfer Pak and Pokémon Stadium 2 for the N64. Beating the Elite Four earns you a chance to relearn any move on a pokemon in your party or If you have a Gameshark or Action Replay you can "manually" replace the move.

That's only in Crystal. If you trade your Pokémon over to a Crystal game, you can reteach the move there and trade it back.

Guys (and girls?), telos is right. The guy in Crystal only teaches Flamethrower, Ice Beam, and Thunderbolt. The move relearner is Stadium 2 only.

That sucks. It would be better to have a move re-learner in one of the portable games, not the home based ones.
