Currently there is no program to synthetically evolve a non nicknamed Pokemon for gen 5 outside of a save editor.

All you would have to do is just change the Pokemon's species ID hex to the evolved forme's, and change the name of the pokemon to the new species' name.

If you don't have it nicknamed, you'd have to wait until PokeGen is updated with the new character set. I do think that Pokesav might have the new character set, but I prefer using Pokegen.

If it is nicknamed, you can do it right now in Pokegen.

Yes, but that won't add it in your Pokedex. Simply make an egg of that evolved pokemon, edit the one you want to evolve and release the hatched pokemon.

If you are using an emulator, you can't trade for 5th Gen games.

4th Gen users can load a 3rd gen game on No$Gba and use the link function, then change cartridges. However, since 5th Gen NEEDS No$Zoomer to work on No$Gba, you can't; you need to modify the evolution methods so that NO Pokemon need trading to evolve. (e.g. have Gurdurr evolve into Conkeldurr at Level 48). Try using "Pokemon ROM Changer" to do this.
