Hai all, I wanted to change my trainer's name, however, I went into problems... Here is what I did: 1. Deleted my game from Pokemon Global Link 2. Changed name using PKHex (extracted and put back with JKSM on cfw with A9HL) 3. Went to Festival to get my G-Sync ID and put it into Pokemon GL Problem: It shows my old name; it might ban me, so I cancelled.. Here is what I tried: 1. I changed the G-Sync ID in PKHex, but, when I tried it in PGL, it was invalid.. I also tried saving to PGL 2. Tried getting a new save file and changed everything to match up in PKHex (except the G-Sync id); the save game showed that I was still on route one, and, when I loaded it, it would show my actual position (changed my position using the map) without the player model and it would just soft lock... (I know I can replay the whole game and just transfer the pokemons, but that is boring...) 3. Took the save file with the name change and made two copies; one had the normal unedited G-Sync ID (this one is the original.zip in the attachment) and another one where the G-Sync ID is all 0 (as edited by PKHex) and found the values affected... those values I changed with the values of a blank save in the hex editor (edited.zip).. also over the pokemon in the GTS because it has my old name as OT... the problem: save file is corrupted. It is not because of secure value because JKSM does that automatically Basically what I want is a way to remove all data related to the Festival/G-Sync/Online connectivity so it would reset the G-Sync ID for my new name that I changed.. I want to do this on the original.zip. original.zip edited.zip

Hey! A few days ago I downloaded Pkhex files and the PKHeX.Core extension came along with it. I just downloaded the new PKMN NTR update too, and it seems that you can use the extension with PKMN NTR. My question is: how? Or how does it work exactly? Thanks in advance!

The type effectiveness table is in code.bin (in ExeFS this time) @ 0x497554 In 1.1 update it's 0x499550 I couldn't find the info, so I found it myself. Here it is for others who have been looking.

Hi, anyone know if it would be possible to edit the trainers you have scouted in the Battle Tree to have different pokemon that they could have (I'm tired of Wally never using his mega gallade). Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! recently i lost my good played 1st legit save from my pokemon moon.. and i 4got to back it up before using pkhex, and bugged in the pokemon center.. ok.. i started a new one.. and in the middle of the campaign I edited the save and checked the "is alola champion" on pkhex.. ok.. then i final arrived in pokemon league and make a second run.. When going for DEXIO and SIA to be able to mega evolve, they never showed up! i went back to pkhex and unchecked "is alola champion" beat the elite 4 again, the full credits roll on.. everything normal.. and they are still not appearing.. nor the guy let me go to the battle tree is there a way to fix this? thanks a lot in advance

Hey guys! Like most of us, i am a big fan of the Pokemon franchise. I love playing the game, collecting and beating challenges. The problem, you can't collect every Pokemon in one single game and most of them are not a real challenge to complete. So i bothered myselfe how to bring fun and challenge together in one single game. But only this two points dont make a good Romhack, more or less an Romhack which will exist in about 500 different forms. I dont want to say that this is bad, hell no, this is realy great an i loved to play the Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire hack, which brought challenge and fun together. But i want to go deeper, i do not want to have all Pokemons cathable in an game and challenging trainers, i want to balance out the game so you can play with Pokemon you never played before. And if i say balance out i dont mean, lets just push the weak ones by 20 points ins some stats and give im early op moves, i just want to try to bring every pokemon on an more or less equal powerlevel. I also realy like the idea from @eworm with an new typchart, making all typs more or less equal in point of weaknesses an strenghts. And the last points, why i choose Sun/Moon and why do i even open an topic. The whole project as it is in my mind is big, its realy big. Its not just randomly higher some personal stats and editing pokemon typs or move stats. Iits about brainstorming a lot, testing, updating, testing again until its finished. So i realy could need some helping hands, if u are interessted in such an Romhack, with the goal to make an nearly perfectly balanced Pokemon game. And if u maybe noticed english isnt my nativ language and i think i'm not near to good in writing everything correctly and because i'am from germany, i would prefer to do an german and an english version of the hack so i could need help in translating sentences correctly for the english guys. Nearly forgot to answer why i picked Sun and Moon. I realy think it is a great game, the main story is easy to beat, but its a real fun game, with an good setting and a great amount of "big" fights against all the Captains and Grand Traials, so let them have all very good teams from one Type sound pretty awesome. I hope i could draw interesset and would be grateful if you would let me know some of your thoughts -
i've been manually compiling versins since just past when they fixed the "Inviso" bug which was runing saves. i havent done much sofar outside use it manually to bring over 2 pokemon over from OR(which i know wont pass legality checks till Bank is out, i dont do online competitive anyway.) However, the ingame IDNo. for trainer differs from my starter/any wild pokemon i've caught. and get boosted XP in the same manner traded pokemon Do. (aka not the OT's Pokemon). i've gone back and forth to make sure everythinsg right or if those changes are reverting after loading the game saving dumping and reopening in this build, and nothing seems to be. however i DO see Gender changes to the pokemon Do not carry over and revert Back after saving and reopening.
