    Whats the difference between <Dynamic> and <Static> Mystery GIfts? and Why is my Noched Eared pichu branded as hacked or unkown pokemon. I got the Shokotan Pichu Legitely and did the Noched eared pichu event. ButI scanned the noched eared pichu its hacker or unkown pokemon. Is it really hacked or just a bug?
