I've tried doing this but no matter how i tried mewtwo wont show up but other pokemon shows up for example i've tried it on dappled grove bellosom shows up i've already done the steps also checked it with your program

I've tried to summon sirfetch on den 60 and tinkering with randroll and came up with this check pic 1. When i check on Raidfinder plugin it shows sirfetch when on actual game gallade shows up anyone knows what's the randroll for this 1% encounter?
