I know some pokemon are allowed to move twice in one turn based on abilities, but I recruited one of these sky attackers recently and it had no such ability. I'm not sure if there's anything I can do to fix this. (But it does a wicked amount of damage and keeps one shotting me)
Also I'll look to see if other charge attacks are effected. Not sure yet.
I also figured out the switching "bug": My partner and I are both Zoruas and I got mixed up on who's the leader lmao x-x

Delta is garbage. If you have a quick save in dungeon it's doomed to crash at the same point if you started the dungeon on Delta too...

Define "other emulator"? MelonDS PC has no issues whatsoever, same goes for Desmume and Bizhawk. Drastic, Twilight Menu++ and Retroarch have proven to work too...

No, it doesn't. It depends on your emulator and cheats enabled. I've had several people choose Mew as the leader and complete a run

The Spinda event should never trigger in the first place. Spinda unlocks no dungeon now as stated somewhere in the OP. Inferno Cave unlock is also intended. Keep in mind the postgame is much different compared to Sky so don't consider something different from Sky as a bug, all of it is intended and if there's a bug, it should be something unnatural

The fix will come when it comes, no ETA.
Lists let you choose Genders and pack Regional forms if added, IDs are unique for each Pokémon, meaning Vulpix won't share the same ID as Alolan Vulpix.

Difficulty-based abilities, some "too broken" abilities are unavailable to players on Expert and above for the sake of balance. Don't trust SkyTemple for this game's metadata as there are a lot of under the hood changes SkyTemple itself will never be able to show.

I'm really enjoying the mod.
The only bug I keep running into is switching between manual and automatic in dungeons. Sometimes it gets stuck on manual, and the only way to fix it is restarting the ROM. (Won't let me progress to a new floor either if I try going up the stairs.) I'm playing on melonDS 1.1
For now there are no Megas other than Diancie, theoretically speaking. It's available more as a proof of concept and less as a mechanic immediately available to each and every Pokémon with a Mega.
This bug about switching modes I have never seen before. No clue where it comes from...

If you quicksaved in dungeon, that's too late. If you used save states, you are advised to not use them as they are not a proper way to save your progress.

If it should learn X move and the move isn't breaking anything, it should be added in the learnset in some way.

There's 8 if you account those that are planned for future updates haha. Light Tetrahedron obtention is currently bugged and it might be the only one you are missing with the Holy Lyre.

To start things off, The fact that you can choose a Pokémon via number is actually pretty flexible & gives more freedom of choice.
The dungeons exclusive to EOA such as Tower of Demise & Atomic Wastes for example, Are pretty unique & challenging in their own ways. Plus some of the dungeons have recoloured/exclusive tiles unique to them.
SPOILERS FOR THE LAST DUNGEONS!!:
Destiny Tower is more easier than the original, It has shinies that you can recruit in the dungeon & You can ACTUALLY recruit Arceus & get the space globe at the same time! (Much better than just a statue)
The only criticism I have for Destiny tower & other EOA Exclusive dungeons is that they don’t have their original soundtracks (although it is my personal nitpick).
Refighting previous bosses is also a nice touch, Basically matching the bosses albeit fully evolved.
Some of the Hisuian Pokémon are in this Rom hack which is a nice touch. Although I don’t understand why Genesect (Gen5) is in the game but not the rest of the gen5-9 are in (hopefully the ultra beasts will join in).
so in Summary:
pros: Choosing your Pokemon instead of the personality doing it for you.
Guaranteed legendary recruitment is good.Mega Evolution is amazing.
Origin Dialga & Palkia are in the game!
you can go to the future & recruit Grovyle & co!
Destiny Tower’s reward is far better than the EOS reward.
Realm of Perfection is a fitting conclusion.
cons: Early overpowered items at the start of the game (which strips the challenge)
Palkia is recolored purple yet normal when you fight him.
Not all pokemon are in the game nationally (Gen 5-9)
I give Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Explorers of Alpha a rating of 8/10.
It is something that feels like actual DLC for the original Explorers of Sky & I love it.
& it is definitely a love letter to the mystery dungeon games as a whole!
I hope more content will be added in the future. Alphadaemon, You have my support for this Rom hack!
Gens 5 to 9 aren't fully ingame because at the time when I released the version the 3.X version is based on (half-public version kind of thing), there was no stable ways to expand the ingame's species slots so I had to do with Base Sky's. Additions planned for a future 4.0
Another consequence of Alpha adding all treasures with a boss is that I need a legendary guardian for all treasures. Thus Marshadow for Martial Gong, Genesect for Chitinous Didgeridoo, Diancie for Rock Horn and Eternatus for Insidious Waterphone. All within base Sky's limits by the way!
As for early overpowered items, depending on the difficulty setting they are not that overpowered. They are here so you have more building options and, in lower difficulties, a way to help the player. I don't want the game to feel like "EoS' difficulty hack, the game" because it would hide the work around the game as a whole.

It's probably a you issue ngl, never heard of anything crashing as frequently as what you're experiencing. On which emulator are you playing?

The dev is currently busy with other projects so he cannot get back to it as frequently. I picked it up once again yesterday but considering I won't be available to work on it for 2 weeks soon, the wait will have to continue.

Atomic Wastes is in the Future. You have to complete Special Episode 5 to access it.

I'm sorry!I've restarted and played up to Mt. Horn on DeSmuME and can confirm that it was almost certainly a BizHawk emulator issue. I'm now in Foggy Forest on DeSmuME and have only experienced maybe 2 or 3 crashes the entire time replaying from the beginning compared to the much more frequent crashes on BizHawk. Soooo I'll say problem self-solved!
BizHawk is still to this day fairly experimental and kind of skewed towards running original games rather than hacks, which implies doing workarounds to make original games work... which impacts hacks.

Sidenote, I did also recruit enough Pokemon for Clefairy's final reward, but...well it seems like many in this thread, I have no idea where "Mrs. Kecleon" is. Talking to the Kecleon Brothers doesn't yield much, which...fair, they are the Kecleon brothers. I don't really need the Purple Kecleon...don't really want it either except for completion's sake. But tying that thread up would just be satisfying.
(Also how can Dream Catchers be farmed? Based on Wynaut's offers there's probably a renewable source of them beyond Wigglytuff's rewards, and I just barely got the Shard I needed to evolve Kirlia...)Do mission days between each quest. However if you did World Abyss before even having finished Scizor's quest (which ends with World's Abyss), you might have story-locked yourself.
The 475 recruits reward is bugged in current version.
Dream Catchers can be found through Mysteriosity locked doors and some side-dungeon rewards.

I just recruited Palkia and unlocked the Marine Resort. The Ursaring spoke to me and by all means it *seems* like I should be able to evolve my partner Kirlia, but that doesn't seem to be the case. I used the Marowak dungeon to evolve both starters the first time.
Looking at this thread, this does seem to be a known bug, so I would like to try my luck with the stones. Is there any other method?
No. Doing Zero Isle Center will reward you with the second ascension stone

I think you should try to play the dungeon before making assumptions over a 0.08% Reviver Seed spawn and not exploring the first section to find critical resources that are guaranteed to spawn. I thought you were talking about the Reviver Seed stashes behind Key Doors but no you are truly talking about a 0.08% spawn so... yeah.
