    One of players from my country found this. And I tried it according to his method. It's really amazing!

    I successfully did this both in SS and HG. Just try it! Because the item itself doesn't have the code to activate the plot. For example, if I use cheat to obatain a red orb, it won't summon Kyogre, either.

    Many people are talking about the enigma crystal for now. But what exactly is the code to activate the plot? There is nothing closely bonded to the item without the code to activate it.

    After giving me the Beldum, Steven is neither in Pewter City Musem nor in Sliph Co.

    Yeah, I contacted the Steven and traded him for the Beldum, and I have captured LATIOS. But for now I can't find Steven anywhere. Hope you could solve the problem, I really want to have Latias.

    To get another groudon/kyogre, simply edit your save file's name to that of another version. And open that version rom to open the save file. When you get into the cave again and aviod the Mt. man, you will see another legend. Then go to the Oak's place with groudon and Kyogre, you will get the GREEN ORB. To get the Beldum from Steven ( or Daigo), you shall go to the Silph Bldg to meet him. WHAT I CARE MOST IS HOW TO ACTIVATE THE LATIAS/ LATIOS PLOT ( Again, the Crystal is just a item, the key to activate this plot is to find the person who will give you the crystal, I think )
