No, Shadow Lugia is XD only, and to be sent back to a GBA game it has to be purified -
wrathsoffire is right that that's the default location for where it is saved. Also it can be quickly opened up by clicking the options button, then the "C:/Users/<Username>/Powersaves3DS" button while in the Powersaves application

Could we get a way of editing our Festival Plaza, such as editing stalls and level. While being able to add Festival Coins does allow easy climbing albeit monotonous of the Festival Plaza Ranks, it would be nice to have this feature.
