    Well, i want to create third generation Pokémon. But RNGReporter no longer finds legal PID a few weeks ago it worked fine. Any help? Previously it worked with generated PIDs, i've even tried with stationary pokemon and wild and don't works.

    Oddish have Leech Seed move in 3rd Gen. Why PKHex check illegal? Anyone can help me or can trade me a Oddish with Leech Seed legal?
