anyone having issues creating a new romhack and attempting to play it onl for citra to close upon trying to start the game?

yo since you can now play ruby and sapphire on citra is it possible to make these an actual rom hack like snakewood is for example? if it is sry i dont see a link for it

I hope im not necro'ing this post but i really need to ask this. Does anyone have the documentation of these hacks? Since nintendo are a bunch of jerks and took down the links.
