The older games are not like the 3DS/Switch era games where all languages are on a single release.

You can not magically make your save file Japanese if it's sourced from a non-Japanese cartridge. Buy a Japanese cartridge and play that.

Works fine. Make sure you obtained those Eggs legitimately in-game and never modified them with PKHeX.

There are 84 total Legendary and Mythical Pokémon available in SWSH, and a total of 664 unique species of Pokémon available, which is ~12.65% of the total available Pokémon. You're bound to find a decent amount of them.

Setting `EventsChance` and `LegendsChance` to 0 already "normalizes" the rate, as you said. This is not an issue and is working as intended.

Your PK6 is 0xE8 in length, which is not a valid size for a PK6. Should be 0x104. Not sure how you ended up with a bad filesize, but PKHeX not importing it is the program working as intended.

Attached is a modified PK6 padded with zeroes to allow you to load it into a Gen6 save.

Incorrect. PKHeX does not show you the Pokémon that you can receive from the Day Care when an Egg is able to be received, just your 2 deposited Pokémon.

That misc slot is for a Pokémon that is currently on a stroll in the Pokéwalker. Relevant lines in source code.

Sheen never increases when feeding Pokéblocks in ORAS, so if a PKM has ever visited ORAS, all of its contest stats can increase while Sheen remains 0.

Toggling those flags will toggle the visibility of each Wisp in the overworld, but that doesn't actually have any effect on what can be reported to Vessa.

KWispsFoundArea0* all take values ranging from 0-20 (7 for Area00 -- Jubilife Village), while KWispsFoundTotal is how many you've found across all of Hisui, and KWispsReported is how many Wisps have been reported to Vessa (both range from 0-107).

A cheat to make it to the end of the Spiritomb request would be:
• Set the first 107 vanish flags (MKRG_ID_001, MKRG_ID_002, ... ... MKRG_ID_107) to Bool2 (true)
• Set KWispsFoundArea00 to 7
• Set KWispsFoundArea01-05 to 20
• Set KWispsFoundTotal to 107

Talking to Vessa in-game would then allow you to advance the request to its final section, where you can find the 108th Wisp in the Crimson Mirelands to encounter Spiritomb and finish the request.

Look harder, such a feature exists in the block data editor.

All Max Lair encounters must have at least 4 flawless IVs.

For this particular use case, the latest stable release of PKHeX works fine with editing trainer customization values for Gen6, both male and female. I recently updated the structure to fix any past issues: https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX/commit/3fdf1396aa8a042566410e7dd180011da8b4fc76

Has already been reported (several times) and fixed. Wait for the next release or grab the latest development build if you wish to use Misc Edits for the Gen4 games.

Crossover encounter legality for LGPE is not implemented at this time.

Also I have the Tapu Bulu event with OT "Ula'ula", always flagged Legal.
Now if I load the savegame into older version, the OT stays "Ula'ula"
If I load the savegame with the latest release the OT automatically changes with "Ula’ula" (If you can't see the difference, copy and paste the two OT on Notepad and you will notice), and thus it becomes illegal. I don't really know what's happening here.

Also, Geolocation is wrong, as other reported, Portugal is indeed in Europe, but it shows invaild. Plus, many Events are automatically changed to JPN Country, even if they are American. Viceversa, some JPN pokemon get "blank" Country when loaded.
And Every Country doesn't have anymore the (-) option (unsetted) on SubRegion. I think there is a serious issue with Geolocation.

Watmel Berry - Working as intended, the berry is unavailable in Generations 7 and 8. Next time, please specify what Game/Generation you are experiencing the issue with.

Tapu Bulu - Also working as intended. Read the changelog, it's not limited to Farfetch'd. Past versions of PKHeX would sanitize the apostrophe used in the OT, but this would've lead to an illegal Tapu Bulu, as the apostrophe differed from the one received from the Wonder Card.

Geolocation - Has already been fixed.

I assume that it's related to this part of the randomization because the only Pokemon that I could find that had been randomized, but aren't in the game are Deoxys, Hoopa, and Meoletta. Also, one of my starter options got randomized to Arceus, which resulted in an unhatchable egg. This appears to also be true for trainer randomization as well, as I found a trainer with a Darkrai. We've looked more into how Trades are handled with downleveling once you trade to low level accounts, and have verified that the minimum is indeed 20, rather than 15. A misunderstanding from a few months ago is the cause.

PGET has been updated to handle this and it'll be revised with the next stable release of PKHeX.

Toggling the states of event flags works quite a bit different for Sword & Shield when using PKHeX. The usual event flag editor isn't available for SWSH save data, so what we can instead do is toggle save data blocks!

Access the Save Block Editor by navigating to: SAV > Block Data

You should be greeted to a window that looks like this:

You're almost done! Included below is a table full of notable flags that I've collected that may be useful for a lot of users.

1. Copy the value under "Block Key in PKHeX" for whichever flag you wish to toggle.
2. Paste this value into the dropdown, and you'll find your desired Block Key. Click it to bring it up.
3. You'll see a dropdown that reads either Bool1 or Bool2. Change this value to whichever is opposite to enable/disable the flag.
    NOTE: Do not set this value to Bool3.
4. You're done! Exit the editor and export your save data.

Any and all contributions in terms of flags that should be added to the table below are always welcome.

NOTES:
• If you wish to capture the opposite Legendary Titan from what you initially chose at the Split-Decision Ruins, search for *UInt32 KRegielekiOrRegidragoPattern and set the value to 0, in addition to toggling the below flag(s) for Regieleki/Regidrago. This will make it so the game thinks you never chose either the electric pattern or the dragon pattern, and will be able to choose it again.
• If you wish to re-capture Galarian Articuno or Galarian Moltres, all of the flags below pertaining to them must be toggled. Galarian Zapdos requires only one flag to be toggled.
