can i use the save from digital pokemon on the sd in the pkhex?? pkhex is supost able to use the sd save because is just decrypt the save

i try to use the save pkm oras on pkhex , i decrypt the save on 129801_3ds save de\encrypter and the save are really decrypt but when i go to use on pkhex show a msg saying the file input is too long i know i have to open the save on the hex editor but i dont know what i do to make the file size came smaller so help me / if have a way to use a save from pokemon oras eshop on pkhex tell me:grog::tongue::confused:
