Yes, you Can. You can use the rom with the bank only if it is .3dz (If You DUMP your original ROM you can also play online in emunand).

With the next upgrade to support 9.2 like fw natively this problem there will not be because ORAS and XY have a FW <9.2 -

So... If I use the PKHex to create a torchic born in Hoenn, it will be legal or not? IF a pokemon is transported to sixth gen game, his pid change, right?

I think that if I trasnfer a Pokemon to sixth gen. game, the Pid will change... So the PKHex has only 1 method to calcolate the PID Right?
