<p><p><p><p><p><p>Not really just Articuno: Articuno's problem isn't just its Ice typing but how it was designed and lack of movepool to go along with it. Even Regice is doing fine because it has actual moves to (ab)use. I'm more talking about the fact Ice only resists itself, and it brings in weakness to common attacks like Fire, Fighting, Rock, and Steel (which will become even more popular when Fairies invade). Its weaknesses make sense, but it doesn't make sense that they have little to no resistance whatsoever. That's what's ticking me off. It's that bad that the only time you ever see Ice attacks are when they are from a non-Ice Pokemon. But once they add a FAIRY WEAKNESS to Ice, then I'm going to start going nuts. Because not only are they going to write off Ice Pokemon from EVER being of any use in the metagame, but a whole slew of Pokemon like Kyurem or Weavile will be 4x weak to... FAIRY. FAIRIES of all things! Weavile is already weak to Fighting 4x!</p></p></p></p></p></p>
