  1. My Original Color Magearna legally obtained via completing the National Dex in Home is flagged as illegal. I noticed its Height/Weight/Scale are all listed as zero and that flgged it as being "improbable". Has anyone else had Pokemon not sent into Legends Arceus(either because they can't or simply weren't) have 0 in all three stats like me? This Pokemon was moved from Home to Shield after I first got it, and just moves from Shield to Home to Violet so I have no idea if this is a hiccup from Home/Violet or what.

my flygon is flagged as illegal because of a pid-ability error, saying that the ability is wrong even though I captured him legitimately.
when i change the ability to slot 2 the pokemon becomes legal, so i calculated the seed in rng reporter to check if it is right and the ability appeared in slot 1, so pkhex is wrong.
this didn't happen in older versions but it has been a while since I last opened this save in pkhex so I don't know in which version this started happening.

Location: Trapinch in route 111 (emerald), wild enconter at lvl 20
All Changes: i only reseted the evs in a older version, but i think it is unrelated to the problem

You must have edited it in ways besides that, because the RNG reporter shows that you have the wrong ability. In that program ability 1 means it's the second normal ability slot .So it should be "Levitate (2)", while ability 0 would actually be the first normal ability slot "Levitate (1)"

  3. All Glaceon and Milotic from non-BDSP games are flagged in BDSP. All ribbons not native to Gen VIII are flagged as invalid and they both say they can't be encountered in origin game. Other Eeveelutions cloned from the same eevee(in older games not BDSP cloning) with everything else being the same are flagged as legal.

Does it have something to do with the fact that both have alternative evolution methods that are coded into the game but are unobtainable without hacking(Ice Stone and Prism Scale?) That's the only connection I can make between the two

Use any calculator that can do programmatic operations like modulo.

Take PKHeX PID, convert to decimal, use % 100.

Rare forms need the result to be 0. If you want the rare form, then just subtract the result from the decimal PID, convert to hex, done.

Pick a new EC that has the result you want.

Okay, I found a calculator to change it to decimal, but how do I do the % 100 part?

  5. I don't know if this is intentional, but the Give All option for the Move Shop in Legends no longer auto checks all species-compatible moves as learned/mastered(like it used to). Instead it only does so for any moves it currently has in its active moveset, meaning you have to manually check all boxes.

  6. I have a Mewtwo from X(that was once used as a Mega Mewtwo X) that I got in a trade back in Gen VI and have since moved to Brilliant Diamond. It was flagged for having an OT memory of getting Earthquake deleted from the move deleter. It says Pokemon cannot learn this move, when Mewtwo has been able to learn Earthquake in every game it's been in(I double checked the XY TM learnset specifically).  It is not flagged when in Sword version, only in Brilliant Diamond.

  7. I found multiple different quirks, some were mentioned by other people already but I will mention them:

-Pokemon from Gen V and VI are flagged for having any Sheen

-Pokemon from Gen I, II, and VII and are flagged for having any contest stats at all

-Darkrai, Shaymin, and Arceus are NOT flagged for having the Tower Master Ribbon (All of the sources I'm looking at says that the BDSP Battle Tower still has the banlist the Gen IV version had, unless it wasn't fixed already since they were around since launch Manaphy and Phione would also be included, since unlike the Legendary Pokemon they are not availble in Sword and Shield where Mythicals are not banned in the Battle Tower, EDIT: I'm guessing Deoxys would be included in this to since it is also not in Sword and Shield)

-Arceus and other Pokemon whose caught level is above 70 are flagged for having the Footprint Ribbon(According to other sites you can now also get the ribbon from having high friendship, but this may be incorrect info but I am posting this just in case)

  8. For some Home-transferred Pokemon in BDSP, Egg moves are flagged even though they are ones that can be obtained in BDSP via putting two pokemon of the same species in the daycare to inherit the egg move. For example, Kelcleon has many of its Egg moves(Foul Play, Magic Coat, Recover) flagged even though it is in the same Egg group as Smeargle, and as far as I know there are no illegitimate egg moves in the Field Egg Group due to Smeargle's presence.

  9. I don't know if this is new for Home 2.0.0, but I transfered some Pokemon originally from Pokemon Go that were staying in Let's Go Pikachu to Home then to Shield on my OFW Switch. I then traded them to Sword on my CFW switch, and when I open them in PKHex they are all flagged , saying they can't have the Favorite Marking(They were all previously favorited for various reasons). They all still apparently have the Favorited flag. They are completely unedited. Are Let's Go Pokemon retaining the Favorite Marking a new thing for 2.0.0, or is it just a quirk that happens with Home sometimes?

  10.

Kleavor with Gameboy, Sinnoh, Kalos, Alola, Galar, Let's Go, and Go symbols, or no Symbol at all

Wyrdeer, Ursaluna, and Hisuian Typlosion with Gameboy, Sinnoh, Kalos, Alola, and Go Symbols or no Symbol at all

Hisuian Samurott with Kalos, Alola, and Go symbols or no Symbols at all

Hisuian Lilligant and Hisuian Braviary with Kalos, Alola, Galar, and Go Symbols or no Symbol at all

Hisuian Sliggoo, Hisuian Goodra, and Hisuian Avalugg with the Kalos, Alola, Galar, and Go Symbols

Hisuian Decidueye with the Alola, Galar, and Go Symbols

Sylveon and Galarian Weezing with the Sinnoh Symbol

Galarian Mr. Mime and Mr. Rime with the Sinnoh and Hisui Symbols

Johtoian Typlosion, Unovan Lilligant, Unovan Braviary, Kalosian Sligoo, Kalosian Goodra, Kalosian Avalugg, and Alolan Decidueye with the Hisui Symbol

Currently there is no way to get Unovan Samurott at all without transferring from Bank to Home, but it is unable to be put into any games.

Edit: Also, not including anything that might not being in Scarlet and Violet, these are all of the possible Ribbon Masters(aka Shadow Pokemon from the Gamecube titles that are coded into all five two-way transfer switch tiles), since all of the games have at least one exclusive Ribbon:

Kantonian Vulpix, Kantonian Ninetales, Remoraid, Octillery, Mantine, Sudowoodo, Johtoian Sneasel, Weavile, Swinub, Piloswine, Mamoswine, Heracross, Togepi, Togetic, Togekiss, Spheal, Sealeo, Walrein, Ralts, Kirlia, Gardevoir, Gallade, Duskull, Dusclops, Dusknoir, Snorunt, Glalie, Froslass, Roselia, Roserade, Tangela, Tangrowth, Magneton, Magnezone, Golduck, Magmar, Magmortar, Pinsir, Rapidash, Lickitung, Lickilicky, Scyther, Scizor, Kleavor, Chansey, Blissey, Electabuzz, Electavire, Snorlax, Mr. Mime, Rhydon, Rhyperior

Of the above, so far only Golduck, Chansey, Blissey, Magneton, and Magnezone have all been confirmed for Scarlet and Violet.

Also to get Kleavor as a Ribbon Master you need to get all of the SwSh and BDSP exclusive Ribbons on the Scyther before evolving it in Legends.

  11. I got the Birthday Happiny via buying a code on ebay. It is flagged saying "Alpha Encounter cannot be found with this Alpha move", despite not having any alpha moves, but it does have four relearn moves as many events have. Before I post this, I was wondering if it was fixed in one of the minor updates because someone has since uploaded the event to this site.

  12. Don't care about the power of HP Psychic, and due to PID being tied for form it doesn't matter what letter it is. I cannot figure out how to find an ID/SID that generates what I'm looking for using RNG Reporter

EDIT: I guess what I should also ask is, is there a program where you can generate a TID or SID to make a specific PID Shiny? I only know of Programs that do the reverse.

  13. As the title says, is there any way to see if a Shiny Pokemon will have the normal Stars or have Squares when brought to Gen VIII BEFORE sending them to those games?

Also as the last few Gen VII and Let Go events seemly were all Pokemon that are transferable to Sword and Shield, are any of the Shiny ones (Solgaleo/Lunala and Necrozma from SM/USUM and the Krabby event from LGPE) coded to always generate PIDs to be star or square shiny or did they not plan that far ahead?

  14. for some reason 2 Vivillon I have are flagged with a simple message of "Internal Error"

I tried messing with them and changing the country/sub-region/3DS region to the US fixes it, but I'd rather not edit either of them if there isn't actually anything wrong with them (One is  Garden Pattern from Scotland, UK, and the other is a Sandstorm Pattern from Bitlis, Turkey)

  15. A rattata I caught in on Let's Go Eevee on a unmodified switch isn't counted as legit when I traded it to Let's Go Pikachu on a modified switch to use PKHex.

I was on route 1 and entered pallet town, a rattata spawned and walked almost into the town I ran back to catch it, so it says it was caught in Pallet town on its info instead of Route 1..

I'm not sure if other encounters on route 1 can have this happen, or if there are any other similar locations in the game where grass is right next to the entrance of another area that doesn't normally have Pokemon in it. But it says "cannot match encounter from origin game"

  16. For some reason Mismagius that evolve from VC Misdreavus count as illegal unless you give them their Hidden Ability, even though all Pokemon with only one ability never have that flagged. The Misdreavus count as legal beforehand, so it's only a quirk with its evolution.
