Use save manager to export the save to your SD card. Insert the Sd card to your PC. Edit it with PKHeX then once you've edited it use PKHeX to export the save back to the SD card. Then put your SD back in your DS and use Save manager to import it back into your game.
Sorry for the newb question. I'm trying to find out how it works. When PKHeX first opens it loads a generic Arceus with pound as a move. it shows a warning sign next to that so thats the detection i guess. but whel i edit a poke with an illegal move it seems to not detect anything.
Is there a command to trigger it?
PKHeX automatically discovers the "Main" file on the root of SD in a folder called "saveDataBackup" but when i go to save again it needs me point to the folder as it wants to save on the root of SD instead. Is there any way to have it detect where it found the file and save there instead?
Pokegen was fine way back when as long as you didn't want to edit trainer info or do anything too fancy with wonder cards etc. Dancing between 2 programs to allow full save editing was a pain in the ass though.
Implementing support for older generations with this app?
The reason I ask is because of how clean and friendly the UI is and has become. Also can't help to think how happy the community would have been to have you working on an editor capable of working on gen 4/5.
I've use Pokegen and Pokesav and neither compare to PKHeX.
Heya. Was wondering if it would be possible to allow people who run PKHeX on their desktop the ability to drag a PK6 file from PKHeX onto their desktop.
Currently the error "The source and destination file names are the same" appears any time i try.

Not sure if this has been asked before or if it's even possible.
Is it possible to have PKHeX automatically open "ramsav.bin" the same way it does the "Main" file when the application is launched?
Did you extract this wc6 file yourself or create it?
Curious as to why it lists Geomancy, Moonblast, Aromatherapy and Focus Blast as relearn moves when they can be learned by Xerneas naturally and are not unique to the event.
Seems if i click on the OT button on the OT/Misc tab to copy the Current trainer info onto a Pokémon then it wipes out some data.
Wipes out:
"Country, Sub Region and 3DS Region" on the Main tab
"Origin Game" goes blank and changes "Met Location" to Poké Transfer even if hatched in gen 6
Tried opening it in HxD but could not find the ref 0x483F
If you could take alook, here is the file.

Bug with the latest commit.
The game stops responding correctly when ever I inject a Wondercard. Injection works fine on previous version posted on the 20th.
What seems to happen is after injection when accessing the Pokemon Center pc all I get is a black screen and if I leave the Pokemon center the game crashes.
