It's always burmy or male combee for me. -__-; I have not yet seen a female combee of my own!

^The little joyous Cyndiquil made me smile. I really enjoyed the way it showed Chikorita using cut, it allows for more options for the rest of the HM moveset, which excites me.

Although i wouldn't risk it, if monies isn't an obstacl,e i would suggest buying an Asus brand computer, well if your into gaming.
Funny that you mention Asus, because that's the brand I'm going with for my college computer. She's a beautiful BEAST. My dad gave me one specific rule, no more than $500. I'd dare say for this little baby, I've got a steal. Plus it's got a free upgrade to Windows 7 (Not that it matters, my dad would upgrade me anyways)
I've played with Vista some, my dad uses it as an alternate and one of my best friend's has it...I never got used to the interface. XP was always nicer.
I agree completely with Kaarosu,
I used Vista, the initial release was quite buggy yeah. Once SP1 came out for vista all the bugs that I had went away and just ran smoothly. That's basically why MS is bringing out Windows 7 because people still avoid Vista because of its first release. But if you do get it you'll be fine as long as you actually keep your computer up to date. And I'll be honest in saying because I saw the first releases of Vista...and it definately was NOT pretty. And I am still biased over Vista, that's why I'm happy to eat up the free upgrade to Seven.
Also as Varna said,
that'd be the reason why I want the upgrade, because this laptop (see above) only has 3-4gb of RAM, I don't want it gobbled all up ;__;The one complaint I do have about this OS is that it constantly eats 2gb of my RAM -
There, updated with a poll. (I meant to put one in from the start, sorry about that)
So everyone, have at it. Let your voice be heard!

Yes, I know the Smeargle is different. Actually, it was Greencat's suggestion that I try it out. :]
-
Another bias... "there are no such things as supernaturals". How do you know? Is this world all there is?
It's like asking the question "Do paranormals exist?" Which is a whole other topic in and of itself, of course- but the answer as it stands could be yes or no, same as this one.

The idea has been circulating softly through the artists of this community. Some want to be given a Helpful Member's badge, for their creations of avatars and signature banners.
But here's what I'm suggesting. Maybe more than just the badge given for being a helpful member to the community, there should be a badge for the creativity of the individuals behind these projects.
But that doesn't just mean this badge would be given to anyone who posts a piece of artwork and calls it a day. No, this badge would be more of one of honor and dignity for the true artists, like any other badge given. For the artists here that work hard to impress and please those requesting these small pieces of art to treasure and call their own on these forums and around the community.
I've brought this up before,
But I think it deserves more than just that, it needs some healthy discussion.Oh, oh! I've got it! There should be a Creative badge! For those who are deemed good writers and artists and whatnot. :]So, what I guess I'm asking, suggesting, whatever this is...would it be possible for this badge to be instated? Should these hard-working people be given the credit they feel they deserve?
Here's a look at what the badge could be:
Editted by yours truly. :]I've talked to several people about it already, but it's time to see what you as a whole community think.
Yay or nay, Project Pokemon?

Miracles. It's really too personal to go into depth....[EDIT, taking this all out. If you want the story, PM me]
The fact is, I'm alive. If that's not reason enough to believe in the God I serve and miracles, I don't know what is.

The fact is, all we're all trying to do is update the pokemon community with the latest news and events directly from Japan. We shouldn't become prideful and cocky just because we have sources directly in Japan. Pride comes before the fall, as they say. We just need to sit back, discuss the facts, and take it easy. No one needs to be rude or immature in this matter. We all have things to bring to the table.

I really don't think this is the place to debate right and wrong information. As far as I know, the Debate Forum is there for a reason. :] (Not to sound like a snob or anything, I'm just following what was asked by Spotty)
But there's something called respect, as you have pointed out. It's pretty hard to not bash a community with little respect for it.Is that not what I've been saying all along, Wraith? That we should have respect, not only towards our members but also to other communities in the pokemon fan world?

Rain falling down...
Which makes me want to sing Rain Song - Day of Fire. Rain, Lord we thirst for water...
-
Ah yes. Here, I'll resave it and upload the new file to my photobucket and edit it into this post for ya.
EDIT:
-
Like I said, I enjoyed your commentary, Wraith. I did actually read the whole thing
-
It kind of reminds me of that saying...'If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.' Of course, I break that all the time, so who am I to speak? </hypocrite>
-
*looks down at her college T-shirt and jeans* I agree, modest is best.
I never have the time to, but when I do, I'll look more up :]
-
lol, nice Cressalia pic, Wraith. Sadly, that's the normal attire for today's American female youth, didn't you know? Love how you swore you were going to lose, and then you won, btw ; Okami calls epic! \o.o/

Yes, this emo wants to cry every time she sees shiny Mightyena ;___;
I would have loved to see an albino one, as well. White/grey with blue eyes? Yesyes. Although, technically that's not true albino
-
Think of it this way, Wraith. When it comes to pokemon, I like darker forms, Mightyena being primary. You make it look like the sun and it makes me want to vomit. Yellow is my least favorite color. Therefore, happyhappy golden yellow Mightyena makes an emo cry.
-
Dragonite. Definately Dragonite. (Dratini is my fave. Dragon pokemon) And he is my best pokemon in my team
-
Favorite Shinies:
Metagross, Umbreon, Ponyta, Ditto, and Mew.
Hated Shinies:
Espeon, Dragonite, and my poor beloved Mightyena. What did they do to you, my love?!

Getting compliments is always helpful to an artist Plus, I first experimented with the shadow border on the avvie I made for you in my boredom ^^
-
Welcome to the Project, Muha.
-
I am very glad you like it, shadowdude. :]
And thank you, too, PF. The shadow-border makes all the difference And using simple filter tools. Texturizer is my greatest friend when it comes to these things.

Yeah, I just checked the calculator myself, to find out that 2 or 3/4 of the trees given were trees I've regularly been slathering. Go figure ;
Final 4 prints, I'm assuming for Gold?
Good luck with transferring the Hoenn dex. I know Pal Park is a pain...

I personally don't think it comes to who's been here longest or who's done more artwork. It truly comes to skill and passion, people. :]
