Having a new form of Government will work for a while, but people will then end up corrupting the system. That's why we should always adjust, but generally, with these rights (ch. count issues), politically stable things like money or whatnot are very hard to remove... Generally, trying to make change asks for approval of 50% of the entire Canadian population if it is incredibly major, and how likely is that? Take a wild flipping guess. >.<

Even despite, good things have come out of rights and freedom introduction, but we probably took too much out of it. Like, people expect way too much nowadays, and again, with the racism, people take it way too sensitively. I really hate it when people call Germans Nazis, and I really hate the degradation of other cultures. They are what they are. But sometimes people point even the tiniest little things as racism and no one can make a fair response to say it wasn't intended... I'll talk about this more later I suppose. Gotta get sleep. Take carez.

Yeah, I know what you mean. "People don't practice what they preach." People will say things to get attention, actually, but then they disregard that later on. And accepting what everyone thinks isn't really good either... Ugh. Getting tired. Hard to think. >.> Sorry.

But then again, what's worse, not being limited to a view and being "brainless" or being a complete drone? I guess perhaps both are the same, really...

Pretty much. However, I chaos is likely, but hopefully, I'd rather try to avoid it, <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/laugh.png" alt="xD" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/laugh@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />. People always believe something would get broken eventually, and that makes sense. America's in a recession, and Canada may follow suit... If we aren't careful. That doesn't mean America is going down the drain though or us, but right now, it's a tough situation. And one thing I remember my eldest sister say: "People these days are total ---holes. They ask for freedom and rights, and once they get it, they shove it in the dirt". I won't forget that one African American that came to my school and told us his experiences in Congo I think?

Anyway, as much as this is interesting, I have to go. It's like 1:00 and I have to get up at 7:00. Which I'm not good at. However, it was interesting, probably continue it if you want, and if not, the subject can be changed.

with the don't hurt others, yes, I know some ways you are told to be like everyone else, and I guess that's why I don't make plenty of friends, but I interpret it as long as you don't kill someone over your beliefs... It's all right, I suppose. I guess I interpret things a different way. And I generally meant that's what you're educated, but the media is bigger than education, and people listen to the rich more so than the ones trying to teach you.

Respect is a vague word, but it's generally treat people the way you'd like to be treated, or, don't hate others for what they are. Which, if you want me to explain, means don't be an a hole to others, or don't hate people where they come from, unless you actually cannot stand the person because they are violent, totally different or just someone you don't get along with. If it wasn't people would troll around and do stupid things, pretty much. Besides, not everyone is "respectful". Media cough cough

ch. count ><img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/ohmy.png" alt=":o" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/ohmy@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

 9.

My ultimate conclusion: Perfection is impossible. trying perfect equality will be challenged, total peace is impossible, and as much as we try to cookie cutter it (or ice it) it will never be completely reached. Total equality is a dream, but it will never be reached. With the way things go now, there are still men who think women are nothing but slaves or their sex factories (some religions included), other cultures will always be hated and some loved, and complete peace is impossible. I just think that we should at least get along as individuals, and I support having fair chances for all groups, unless the circumstances for the individual is different (education, IQ, capability, whatever). I don't like to think of myself as a zombie or a drone, but having each person reach different views offers variety. As long as one doesn't destroy another, it isn't bad.

 10.

Yeah, I know I rubbed in Gardening, but I was relating to your example. Also, I'm kinda glad you don't want individualism destroyed, or it's a curse, but I know what you mean. However, there are so many ways to view it that someone could easily challenge your opinion, but I guess I won't. The media is very mixed here. In actuality, you're told to think for yourself, just don't hurt others, but at the same time, men are expected to be big, burly, and have total disrespect for emotions of any kind (except anger), where women are SSTTTTTILLLLLLLLL expected to be house wives (dish washer commercials much) or total sluts or something worse.

I'm in for culture and community, but expressing a view has fixed many things. However, as you said and I completely agree, having it at one's expense is not the right way to go. Having a balance is perhaps what some cultures try to do but being balanced is much harder than being specialized.

 11.

To be honest, I just see it as things going nuts. I don't generally live on the past (considering my younger age) and most of the improvements are generally good. Yes, I know for a fact that some things generally changed like what is socially acceptable, but in my opinion people are generally allowed to think whatever they want. That's why there's this thing called "Freedom of Expression". People can say what they want and for the most part won't get ridiculed for it as long as it doesn't hurt someone or become offensive. Yes, culture is being numbed down, which is a dang shame. That's why I take so much fascination with other cultures, be it Africa, Germany (Europe in general), or Asia. Personally I think it's too bland here, but some people who come from other places say the opposite. Also, I figure the reason that it was an oddity for women to wear trousers is because it was new, it was awkward... Unexpected.

FYI: Character count drives me nuts.

 12.

Yes, I agree with you. To keep my view short, here's what I was trying to say:

All people tend to like different things, so not everyone likes to do gardening and all that stuff. My step dad likes to garden, and so does my mom, yet my sister doesn't. Individualism isn't really BAD, but there is a lack of community. People do often try to take control of things they can't, yet sometimes it's the thoughts that count. Thing is, neither side is generally better or worse (community vs individualism) because both have issues and bias. However, I think women should be able to do the same things as men for the most part, but of course, neither gender can do everything the other can, and there are expectations of both of them even to this day. And cultures were never 100% innocent or similar. Matter of fact, there is no such thing as right or wrong, as there are always contradictions to some other things. I understand where you're coming from, and I'm not saying you're wrong cause you're not.

 13.

I can see what you mean, but keep in mind that no matter what, women will always have specific "roles", such as taking care of children, and men will always have a certain role (perhaps working). But personally it is not really required to split them up so much. However, what if one parent working isn't enough, that two have to work? That's the case with my family... Two houses with six children isn't easy to pay by yourself, let alone two.

Same, it's hard for some people to agree on things that are their mental thinking, like I disregard particular roles.

Yeah, I gave you the wrong intention. Yes, the general stereotype (that seems pretty accurate) where women are more mentally and emotionally inclined and stuff. however, not all women like to cook, or to garden, as some like exercise, some like video gaming, some even like fighting (like my sister). I wouldn't categorize anyone saying what they like based on gender, but I get the idea.

 14.

The reason women aren't the same is because "times have changed", and I'm sure a lot of people, including my father, don't really like. My family is equal, no one gets on each others nerves, no one complains, etc. For most families I've seen, most of the time they are relatively the same... Mother cooks, dad may work, or both. My mom cooks, takes care of the house, things like that in the past. The reason why women's roles are being disregarded is because men can do them too. Cooking, cleaning, house work, knitting, whatever the case may be. Yes, men can't take care of babies in the ways that mothers can, and that's a women's responsibility. Yes, I know saying "equal" is a very vague term, but everyone just does what they can, not leaving something to someone because of their gender, unless it's very direct (this will sound weird, but perhaps growing or whatever?).

It may be different here in Canada than in Korea, but views have changed, but actions have not so much.

 15.

Personally, this is my opinion, but I didn't like the fact that every other culture was treated like total garbage and was enforced to slavery. Yes, as human beings we are all prejudice, but that doesn't mean we need to do such things. I personally don't want my sister or wife do be my maid, cooking and cleaning everything and being a total slave. One of the reasons perhaps that nobody dealt with it in the past was because simply no one did make an effort to change it, because that was just the way it was. Also, as a slave, would anyone care what you said? No, they wouldn't. If you were a maid or housewife, would they care what you say? No, they obviously wouldn't. Yes, women did eventually, but only because of persistence and same with other cultures.

Yeah, about feminism, there are two kinds, not just one. One kind is women superiority, which most people think what it actually is. The other is simply letting them have the same opportunities (given the right circumstances). Cont

 16.

So to sum up, you're generally saying that women took too much advantage of what they've received, and that they have different roles (explain). I'm not sure what you mean by "destroying families" because mine has not been destroyed and my sister's are all feminists. Generally, they want to be treated like people, not sex objects or "past minorities", or housewives. I do agree however on the affirmative action and so does the majority of my family, that women have now been treated as objects (as they've always been) and that people are way, way too sensitive about sensitive about racism. I don't support racism by any means and it enrages me when people are, but that doesn't mean that a qualified white guy makes it into a university over a less qualified black guy, I'm not going to throw a fit.

 17.

In general, people will generally feel at ease and that nothing will affect their country, like another war. As a result, they do whatever they want, and people tend to get really picky about racism/sexism. For instance, if you make a game where you're a white person, set in let's say Africa (like RE5), that's racist. However, if it's vice versa, no one will care. People are really sensitive about these things and will go to extremes to point them out, whether it may be true or not. And I don't promote either, but I certainly think that people go way too far when they point out those flaws. Personally, in RE5, they could've chose another location worldwide, but Capcom didn't intend it, and they apologized for it. Sometimes people need to pay money for the smallest things, like if you get bullied at work, uh, $5000 dollars please? And another $5000 for something else.

 18.

I remember how my brothers and dad say that if nothing bad ever happens, people end up misusing their rights or under estimating them, or expect too much. Yes, there is affirmative action in Canada and I don't approve of that necessarily, and I would merely say that I have no problem with the idea, but really, those who demand everything more and then call you racist if you don't. That's where the line ends. Personally, if a women, black or white, aboriginal or not, can prove that they have wise decisions in store, nothing should prevent them, as should others. That's my view. If they are idiots, well, it's not the law or country's fault. It's theirs.

Hmm. Well after I looked into it a little more, yes I see what you mean. I don't think about politics because it depresses me, but I'll leave it at that.

Furthermore about the "equality thing", my brothers also said that the survival aspect controls people's lives. They don't care if it doesn't affect the nation. (cont)

 19.

My view is, they can get into politics. Their voices should be heard, long as they are reasonable, and most of the time they are. Saying that reforms occur and things get really messed up isn't how I look at it. Again, I may be a guy, but I want women's rights equal. Even despite of that, the media doesn't portray them as such.

And with that knighted guy... Not sure I follow. <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure.png" alt=":/" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Elaborate?

 20.

Yes, I know. And what's wrong with women's suffrage? I don't see the problem with giving women the right to vote. And I am completely aware that it was decided near the end of WWI, as it was the one of two units I actually payed attention to in Grade 10 History (the other one being WWII, but the other units such as the 20's and 30's didn't pique my interest).

WOAH GERMAN MONARCH. <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/biggrin.png" alt=":D" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Those German haters.... Scheitern. (Did I spell that right?)

INTERESTING. I wouldn't have guess that, lol. British rulers are really German? Funneh (weird/interesting). That's quite of bit of info in a dozen of minutes. <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure.png" alt=":/" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

Yes, we'll have to go through that another time. I have to go, but I'll probably be on later though. If you want, and I emphasize that, we could go on PO to has private matches, but again, if you want to and aren't busy... I don't have too much to worry about as of now.

Yeah, Canada didn't give women the right to vote or were considered "persons" till 1918. That's pretty sad. Reminds us of how young this "free" generation is.

To tell you the truth, I don't tend to judge a country based on past events... That's not reasonable, but I rather would judge it based on political behavior. As far as Germany goes, I like everything about it, but people always look at the darker side of things rather than the positives. I remember reading a comment on Youtube where Germans tell them it was wrong (Nazi ness), and he says Japan says what they did wasn't. I can't confirm that, but it generally refers to the fact that people keep on judging. My opinion is that people don't like Germany as much because they give us cars, while Japan gives us electronic media. I don't have a hatred or disliking of French people or their culture, but I never think about it much.

Yeah, the tiering is stupid. Victini is a troll in UU, just come in, V-Create, get a KO, switch out, rinse and repeat. In LU, it shocked me that Slaking was in there. I'd say base it on counters, but some would say it is bias. Well, it's bias either way.

Germany's got a terrible reputation over here (it's pretty sad) but my family originates from them. As a result, I really like Germany, and my favourite band is German, <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/laugh.png" alt="xD" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/laugh@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />.

Yeah, it seems the countries I like are either really badly hated (Germany) or really, really appreciated (Japan). And if you're wondering why people hate Germany, I got one word... Nazis. And people slander them terribly. One person I know likes to call the French cowards and blah, blah, blah. Well, are all the people's cowards? I'm sure if you went up to a regular French guy with a gun he would be scared, and if you did it almost anywhere else the effect would be the same.

LU is in between NU and UU. Some pokes to mention are Manectric, Nidoqueen, Rotom C, Dugtrio, and Flareon. It's kind of awkward, since some pokemon like Throh are in some ways too strong for that tier (since I used him in UU and he does just fine, Manectric requires strong prediction).

You're quite FRENCH. Herd u liek?

What do you think of Germany? <img src="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure.png" alt=":/" srcset="<fileStore.core_Emoticons>/emoticons/unsure@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20" />

And yes, those trainer cards are quite fun.

I've pulled off, I've had a Flareon in LU almost sweep a team. However, Slaking (it's LU, lol) really hits hard. I had two Acid armor baton passes to Flareon and still took 80% damage from Double Edge. It certainly isn't AS BAD as some people claim, but still, I have grudges over it's movepool.
