Distribution runs for 4 days from November 8 - 11 in Busan at the Busan Exhibition and Convention Center (BEXCO) during the times of 10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. each day. It is done via Infrared Connection, and you will only be able to receive 1 random Egg per Game Card. They were also distributed via Wi-Fi only for B2W2 players. Meloetta (메로엣타) will be distributed at participating movie theaters such as CGV from December 19, 2012 - February 28, 2013 to Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2 games via DS Wireless to promote its appearance in the Movie short Meloetta's Sparkling Recital. It was also distributed on December 11, 2012 at the Yongsan CGV theater at 6 P.M. as part of a special screening. When taken to Café Sonata in Castelia City in Black, White, Black 2, and White 2, Meloetta will be able to learn its signature move Relic Song, allowing it to change to its Pirouette Forme in battle. I've sent the Jap one to my White 2 only, and no the Japanese Keldeo's WC ID was not in the "Used card IDs" for my English Black when trying to receive it. Anyway, I'm going to try another store, because I have a feeling the lady who turned on the cart yesterday put the distro cart on pending mode when she saw the GBATemp DSTWO in my DSi, and said "Dude, you have an R4?". Okay, here's the English Keldeo. (Pics below.) I first tried to get it with using the English Pokemon Black on my flashcard, but for some reason it wouldn't let me receive it. (Just said "Searching for a gift" the whole time with "no gifts found" at the end.) So I had to drive all the way back home to get my retail White, which I then managed to download it with. On the 12th of August (the last day of the WCS), a Pokémon will be distributed: 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM to English, Italian, and French games. 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM to Japanese, German, and Spanish games. filb.de confirmed that not only was the Pikachu distributed in French, but also in German (SMR2012). So it's possible that the distro cart also had the Spanish, Italian, and English Wonder Cards.
