<p><p><p><p><p>It's IVs are good except in Sp Def. That's what makes Tyranitar awesome, that despite it's weaknesses, it can take Surfs and Earth Powers and still be a threat. So yeah it's useful for breeding. Too bad the speed stat is so high. Maybe it'd make a good Dragon Dance set (Though I personally don't see the appeal on Dragon Dance of a Pokemon that's slower than Charmander).</p></p></p></p></p>
