  1. I have a question: When you add a Mystery Gift that gives you a Pokémon, how do you retrieve it? Let me explain. I have a retail US copy of SS. Since I live in Europe, it was impossible for me to get the event Celebi that unlocks Giovanni/Zorua in B/W. Well so I downloaded the program, moved my save from the cart to the PC using a NDS Adaptor Plus, opened the program, loaded the GAMESTP Celebi files (all three, pgm, pcd and pkm) and saved the Wonder Card and Mystery Gift then moved the save back to the cart. However, I can't find any Celebi anywhere, or any person in a Pokémon Center that will give it to me, or Giovanni in the Tohjo Falls. What did I do wrong? EDIT: I'm stupid, that's what is wrong. You retrieve gifts from the Poké Mart, not Pokémon Center. I guess I have played B/W too much... In other news, I love how the program uses the game's font. Could I have a .ttf font of it? Please?
  2. Yes, it does work. ...Well, at least it does show the restore/save/reset screens, but I can't test it out since for whatever reason I can't connect to this network with my DS (and I'm stuck here for a week and a half). Good job! All DSTT owners will thank you. YSMenu is compatible with DSTT and R4 and M3 (I think)... Yet you don't see this screen while you boot up your cart? http://i34.tinypic.com/k30m06.jpg Either way, use vagonhawk's version and see if it works. It might be an obscure clone... EDIT: Researching a bit more, it seems like either a legit R4 or a R4 clone based on R4. http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=51345 says you might need a program called r4crypt to encrypt the app. Try it.
  3. It might be a clone of something else. Weird. EDIT: It might be an Acekard clone. In the downloads section there's a "download AKAIO for 2.0", and AKAIO is the firmware Acekards use. An user a page back reported it was working with an Acekard, so MAYBE if you download the official AKAIO off somewhere (such as filetrip.net) it could work. Maybe. Just guessing.
  4. I would like to add that this is only for R4 clones based on R4. ...Yes, it sounds redundant, but actually lots of R4 clones are based on the DSTT (like mine, which says R4i Upgrade Revolution but is actually a DSTT). Nevertheless, I'm trying it as I post. As I expected, none of them work. The easiest way to figure if a card is a R4 clone or a DSTT clone, is the loading screen. When you boot off the flashcart, if in the upper screen you see a picture of a microSD with a happy face, it's a DSTT. Otherwise, it isn't. If it wasn't because my friend is returning my NDS Adapter Plus tomorrow, I would've gone and order a better flashcart online.
  5. Wow, it does even run on the aging R4. I wonder why the DSTT isn't supported...
  6. Well, I can confirm it not working in neither of my flashcarts: - My current one, a DSTT clone (R4 DSHC and I didn't mistype that), v6.32 RetroGameFan. It says "press B to continue" but hangs even if you press B. The message still appears. - An old M3 Perfect miniSD (M3 Movie Player), slot-2 requiring a Passme v3 I have. I press B and the message disappears but nothing happens after that. Tried DLDI-patching the program and not patching it, removing the slot-2 before pressing B (as someone said) and not, removing the passcard and not. No worky. Any help? The DSTT autopatches DLDI... EDIT: Using DLDI No-AutoPatch (http://dldi.drunkencoders.com/index.php?title=DLDI_No-AutoPatch) on the DSTT clone, it does the same as the M3 Perfect: you can press B and the message goes away but nothing happens after that. All it shows is "DS savegame manager Version 0.2.3 beta by Pokedoc". Wifi settings seem correct, I can connect to the GTS and Rudolph's NDS Backup Tool Wifi appears to work... it's just it isn't compatible with HG/SS/B/W.
  7. Hi! I have a problem patching v5 to my DSTT clone (R4i Upgrade Revolution DSHC). I had a guide for patch v2 which basically told me to decrypt the ROM, apply patch, encrypt, find game ID, apply to usrcheat, extinfo and infolib. That worked when the patch included the EXP fix. Now that you have to seperately apply Rudolph, I don't know what to do. I have applied Rudolph decrypted then patch and didn't work (white screens), then with a clean ROM applied Rudolph encrypted then patched and still no go. I'm using Pong and Retro's v6.30. Could someone help me? Thank you >.<
